We had a wonderful stay! Dino at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating—he made our check-in smooth and welcoming. Our studio room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool and health club staff were fantastic, providing towels, setting up the steam room, and always ensuring we felt safe and well taken care of. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very kind and welcoming chef and staff. Truly great service all around!

I stayed at Hala Arjaan by Rotana from 18th January to 14th March 2026, and I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay.

I stayed at the Hotel Hala Ariaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi from December 26th to December 30th. We booked two rooms , and the apartments located on the twelfth and seventeenth floors were very comfortable. The beds were extremely cozy, and the bathrooms were very well-equipped. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. A special thanks goes to the Managing Director for making our experience even more enjoyable.

Hala Arjaan by Rotana was fantastic experience. Hotel was very clean, there was free vale service and 24-hour room service. Every staff was kind and helper. Breakfast was truly amazing. Chef was doing your egg what you want. And location is perfect for walking center and Al Maryah.

Nice hotel, nice hotel, nice staff on the Front Desk, they were very helpful and friendly. Especially Hossam and Zoe.
The location is great, not too far from Mamsha Al Saadiyat and other places (by car)
We had a really nice stay, except on the day of check-out we decided to stay in the room and not to go out to enjoy our last few hours and order from room service for breakfast, the waiters got our order wrong and some items were missing, and anothe waiter said to us "you can go to the restaurant instead to have breakfast" likd duh.. if we wanted to go to the restaurant, we wouldn't have ordered from the room service.

We made a reservation for December 25 through booking.com and booked a non-smoking apartment with a bay view.

As a precaution, I asked the hotel if a non-smoking room could be confirmed. The answer was: Subject to availability.

The answer surprised me somewhat, both in its brevity and in its content: Can I, as someone with a smoke allergy, book this hotel?

Unfortunately, I will be looking for other hotels for the time being.
