Overall Good Hotel
Pros:

Location. Next door to Shin-Osaka station.
They changed my room & provided non-slip shower mat for my safety.

Cons:

Finding it was difficult. Google map was quite confusing. Have to find North Gate & Gate 1.
Room assigned to me on 8th floor was circulating cigarette smoke.

Despite the very small negatives, can’t wait to come back in November to stay again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and a great size for Japan. I loved the in-room water purifier. Lots of power points for charging. Bathroom was very clean. Very quiet room despite being so close to the train station. Easy access to transport. Lovely staff who were always helpful.

Cons:

Pillows in the room were either too high, or flat and lumpy. Would be nice to have a pillow menu available with more options to ensure a peaceful night sleep. Bed was very firm so will not suit those who like something softer.
