Great hotel. Superb location if not a bit pricey.
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic location for Osaka and surrounding areas.
Very comfortable rooms and lots of space. Which you pay for by the way!!!
Superb breakfast.
Staff are really good.

Cons:

It’s overpriced. But you pay for what you get in Japan

직원들도 당연히 친철
참고: 메리어트계열이라서 그런지 아시아인보다는 서양쪽 투숙객이 많음

Breakfast and location were good. Very nice fragrance in the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom was the main area of concern. All the other bathrooms in japan including public toilets had very good bidets. This hotel had old fashioned bidets and also did not like that there was no walk in shower.
Also there was no room in the lobby to eat take out food . We had to bring the food to our rooms unlike other hotels which provided that facility.

Fantastic location and Spacious rooms but at a price.
Pros:

Property is conveniently located right next to shin-Osaka station and once entering the station, a few steps away from the Shinkansen gates (good home base if you plan to do a lot of day trips out of Osaka). Breakfast was very good, your typical continental breakfast on one end and local/ traditional dishes on another.

Staff are also very friendly and have good English. In comparison to a lot of other hotels in Japan, these rooms are large with a nice size window (mine overlooked the city/trains, which I enjoyed). Rooms were also very clean on arrival and cleaned daily.

Cons:

My room was located facing the street and it was A little noisy with occasional ambulance sirens going off at odd hours (fairly brief though) but otherwise fairly quiet.

There is a ramp from the 3F of the Shin Osaka station to the lobby of the hotel which makes it very convenient to access all parts of Osaka.

Amazing location if you want to be at a hub that connects you to the subway/trains and especially if you have an ear
Pros:

Right outside Shin Osaka station. Concierge helped me ship my luggage to my next hotel in Tokyo with ease. The room was the perfect size for me and my wife and we could lay out our luggage on the floor while still having lots of room to move around it.

Cons:

Would prefer a regular shower curtain rather than the half glass wall section of the bathtub. Water still sprayed out of the tub when taking a shower. Bathroom has drainage outside of tub though so didn’t worry about it too much.
