Excellent service & surroundings!
Pros:

Overall it was good. Hotel is a bit weathered and old style but the personalized service from the staff made up for it! The environment was super as it is smacked in a plantation area of their own where we could take nature walk and enjoy the serenity.

Nice Hotel Good Location beside Stream and Forest
Pros:

The Overall experience was good we took two rooms and was very good.
We enjoyed the Games room and the Fire Camp organised by them.
Food was good and price was reasonable.
Only minus is no WIFI, other than that it was a great stay over there.
It is around 17 KMs from Munnar but its peaceful beside the busy munnar

17 kms away from the town. No proper travel desk.
Pros:

I had a reservation but still had to wait for more than 1 hour to get my rooms. The manager was very rude.

Pros:

Teh rooms need maintenance... The space is good in room but they have divided the room in two parts and TV is available in the sitting area which is not comfortable......
However the view from the rooms is nice...
