Lovely hotel but few local tourist restaurants or amenities
Pros:

Good staff, warm outdoor pool, very comfortable

Cons:

Very little to do locally. Very little for tourists on this island - mainly former industrial place- most of which appears abandoned. Have to get ferry or tuktuk to historic centre of Kochi for restaurants or cafes

Quiet stay in good hotel
Pros:

Quiet location, good size room, excellent breakfast with lots of variety, good service. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice. Food in both restaurants is excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and tight. There’s no seating on lawn provided, only loungers by the pool which was disappointing. Not a lot of outside spaces.

Pros:

Божественные завтраки , уютная атмосфера, отзывчивый персонал. Очень красивая территория . Чистый бассейн .

Cons:

Единственное, заселили не в тот номер который я бронировала . Это огорчило немного и исправить это я не могла , так как не разговариваю по английски . Но в целом все было замечательно.

An Excellent Hotel with Great staff/associates. A clean and well kept property
Pros:

A good breakfast spread which covered indian and continental breakfast items. Associates were always around to help. Staff/Associates in F/Office, F&B-Production and F&B-Service & most importantly House-keeping were very courteous and helpful. The Top Leadership needs to be commended for training the staff/associates on aspects of guest care,concern and commitment

Cons:

In the bath area of the guest room, it would be a good thought to increase the size of the partition to the dry area as water splashes and moves towards the dry bath area.

Loved the way they have recycled paper and made decor out of it, even the xmas tree was aesthetically made with recycled paper. The rooms were reasonably big.

Cons:

The beds could have been better, but we noticed the rooms were being renovated so I guess they might work on the bedding as well.
