Pros:

The breakfast spread was excellent and the food was so tasty, chicken noodles was yum thanks Chef.. The pool was clean and well maintained staff. The proximity to the Jew town is great. The room was spacious but felt a little compact as thou it was in basement even though it was on the ground floor.

Great hotel from which to explore Cochin
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, it represents great value for money, good restaurant. Lovely pool area and fantastic staff. I would like to give a special mention to Assinssa on reception who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay.
Casino group as always lives up to its reputation.

Pros:

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Cons:

Suggestion to install slides, swings for kids/ children to play as the location is outside the main city area.

Cons:

Everything is so beautiful, but I have some issues
While check in there were no on who guide us to hotel room, we had to figure our ways.
Food was only good for one time, breakfast was not that up to the mark.
Gym machines makes lot of sound.
There are no games only carrot board and chess, I advice to add more activities so that whoever wants to stay in hotel and not go outside, for that people there many activities to play and enjoy there vacation.

Pros:

Very good customer service, helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was good with variety of dishes. We also ate dinner and it was very good.

Cons:

The AC unit was set on a specific temperature which was way to low for us and we were freezing 🥶. We had to turn it off but then it gets too humid in the room. We told the front desk that the thermostat was not working and we can't adjust the temperature, they send someone , but unfortunately he didn't manage to do anything.

Great family hotel
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, polite and caring staff, good swinmming pool, enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Room cupboard had no cross rod for hangers, and no shelves in fridge - inconvenient. Other than this room fixtures were all good.

Enjoyable but let down by location and private pool function
Pros:

Spacious room clean breakfast v good

Cons:

Location and the murky swimming pool after the Holi party on the Sunday afternoon/night
Cleaning the pool after the party whilst guests where trying to relax and swim this should have been done earlier when nobody was round the pool

Relaxing
Pros:

I needed a day to chill whilst waiting for a late night train. It was perfect for an AC room, great shower, swimming pool, having a massage, having a beer and a nice meal.
The staff were fab!

Cons:

It’s not the best area for going for a wander but it’s fine
