The ambiance is amazing along with the location and the in-house facilities provided by the hotel.

Cons:

In the whole property, they have only one smoking area dedicated for the entire hotel. If one has to smoke while having drinks at the in-house restobar, they have to actually leave the bar (located at the first floor) and walk towards the smoking area which is quite a workout.

Only drawback is that, it’s not an ideal stay for smokers who enjoy having drinks and smoke together.

Fine breakfast. Good location

Cons:

Temperature control inside the room was not maintained as my room was in ground floor. Complaint given technician came but problem not solved. Alternate room not provided. Couldn’t sleep due to the fixed temperature of 20 degree inside the room. Check in & check out procedure took more time. Inefficient counter staff.

Amazing short stay for ky birthday
Pros:

I like the old money charm of your hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Particularly Mr Ron who attend us during breakfast. They also surprised us with a small cake for my birthday.

Cons:

You guys need covered parking. Particularly during rainfall season, my car was drenched.
