Pros:

Very convenient location. We loved the mural that was done while we were staying here. We checked in to the white colored hotel, and left from a modern art location. All the staff are very friendly and Felix on the reception was extremely helpful. Thanks for the great stay!!!
FYI - all amenities are available in A&O , like washing machines, storage and etc

Хорошее место для молодежи .
Pros:

Комфортное место расположения, номера с чистым постельным бельем , в номере было тепло.

Cons:

Из двух дней проживания, в первый день не было горячей воды . Ночью очень слышно разговоры в коридоре , кровать в номере металическая ,очень сильно скрипела . А на второй день утром , не оказалось наших продуктов в холодильнике на общей кухне .

Pros:

The location was great, quite central.

Cons:

The properly wasn’t too clean, especially the bathrooms. Moreover, we checked-in later than planned around 16.30 and when we got the key card for our room we discovered it hasn’t been cleaned yet. So, we had to wait another 30 minutes. It wasn’t that much of an issue, however, we received a message at 14.00 that our room is ready to check in.

Fine, just be aware of the downsides
Pros:

Nice building, good location near public transport and a 30 minute walk into town, bar downstairs, 24 hour reception, toilet and shower in different rooms. The room had a table and chairs which was a nice touch

Cons:

No curtains. USB plug next to bed didn't work. You have to put on your own sheets which is fine but I was arriving at 1am and I felt very embarrassed climbing all over the bed putting sheets on/ making noise. The room was soooo smelly when I walked in, genuinely the worst I've ever experienced. Luck of the draw with your room mates BUT reflective of a lack of air flow. nowhere to fill up reusable drink bottles apart from the bar on the bottom floor, unless you have a small enough water bottle to fit in the small sink in the bathroom. The pillows are TERRIBLE

wonderful
Pros:

The receptionists, Rumeysa and Phamie, were absolute lifesavers and treated me so well. When I told them that the room I was originally assigned to had an uebearable smell, they immediately searched for an available room and they kindly changed my room for me.As me exhausted from a long journey, this was the greatest hospitality. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, and I was really touched by the warmth and kindness of these two receptionists.
The common areas are full of encounters, allowing me to create unforgettable travel memories. If I ever come back to Cologne, I will definitely stay here again.
