Eerlijk gezegd was mijn verblijf vanaf dag één vreselijk. Er was geen tv en geen babybedje. Ik heb ernaar gevraagd bij de receptie, maar kreeg geen antwoord. Dus mijn kinderen sliepen in één bed.

Katastrophale Zustände, extremer Gestank und erstickende Hitze – Abreise nach ca. 2 Stunden!

Junge Dame am Reception war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider war dies die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Ich habe gegen 19:00 Uhr eingecheckt, musste das Hostel aber bereits um 21:20 Uhr wieder fluchtartig verlassen, da es unmöglich war, sich in dem Zimmer aufzuhalten.

Die Mängel im Detail:

1. Unerträglicher Gestank: Im gesamten Zimmer herrschte ein widerlicher Kanalisationsgeruch.
Erstickende Hitze & defektes Fenster: Es gab weder eine Klimaanlage noch einen Ventilator. Zu allem Überfluss war das Fenster kaputt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Es herrschte eine unerträgliche, erdrückende Hitze im Raum. Man konnte kaum atmen und mir wurde von der furchtbaren Luft buchstäblich schlecht.

2. Mangelhafte Hygiene: Der Zustand der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher war eine absolute Zumutung. Das Bettlaken war alt und wies sogar Löcher auf.

3. Verlorenes Geld: Ich hatte zusätzlich 15 Euro für einen Late Check-out bezahlt, was völlig umsonst war, da ich das Zimmer am selben Abend verlassen musste.

Fazit: Ein Aufenthalt unter diesen Umständen ist gesundheitsgefährdend. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
