Séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique
Pros:

Emplacement sublime au milieu des montagnes, calme et relaxant. Personnel très attentionné.
Le restaurant propose une bonne cuisine tant au bar qu’au restaurant.
Le spa est suberbe mais attention l’entrée n’est pas comprise dans l’offre hôtelière. Il faudra ajouter 20€ pour profiter d’une heure de relaxation ou d’un soin.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables.

The scenery is beautiful and breathtaking! Really enjoyed talking with the manager during dinner too.

Cons:

The waitstaff at dinner was horrible. They kept forgetting to come back to our table to take our order, or to bring us our drinks. The manager had to keep checking on us. Thwn he gave us the wrong bill to pay and ran my credit card. It made for a LONG dinner. Also, the bed is very hard and the pillows are very flat. Not a comfortable sleep.

Das Hotel ist voll in der Natur. Man kann gut vom Alltag abschalten. Wir sind spät angereist und das Personal ist extra länger geblieben, damit wir die volle Stunde im Spa geniessen konnten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, wenn man als Familie dort ist. Steckdosen wenige und die vorhandenen hinter Betten versteckt.

Leider ist der Spa Bereich nicht inkludiert. Diesen kann man für eine Stunde oder in Zusammenhang mit einer Anwendung (bspw. Massage) buchen.

Spa was lovely bar staff great room was good very warm view lovely
