スタッフがとても親切でした！
Pros:

宿泊初日に部屋にある金庫のブザーが鳴り止まなかったり、シャワーが稼働しなかったりと、設備の不備から4回も部屋を変えてやっと泊まれる部屋に落ち着けたというアクシデントがありました。

泊まった部屋ではシャワーはとても熱いお湯が出るし、十分足りる水量で満足でした。
バスルームに換気扇があるのは良いことでした。

私が宿泊した部屋には小さなソファとテーブル。
電気が点くドレッサーと椅子があったりと家具が充実してました。このホテルは古いながらもこうした良さがありました。

朝食はビュッフェです。
きゅうりとトマトのサンドイッチ、コーンフレークや、ヨーグルト、スパイス料理はもちろんありますし、麺も出てきました。5品くらいです。
これらのメニューが日替わりでした。
飲み物は、ジュース、チャイ、コーヒーです。
きゅうりとトマトのさっぱしたサンドイッチは、朝にはぴったりで美味しくいただきました。
レストランも広々していて落ち着きがありました。

スタッフはみなさん親切で、なんでも相談すれば、改善してくれ対応も早くて助かりました。

もちろん、このホテルの全てが予約サイトの
写真の通りではありませんでしたが、現代風のシンプルで機能的なホテルもいいですが、
古さの中にも落ち着きがあるこちらのホテルは
全体的に満足でした！

近所に酒屋が複数あるので、ビールを買うにも困らなかったです。

Cons:

Wi-Fiの接続が複雑でした。全てスタッフにお願いしてやっと繋がりました。

窓のない内側の部屋がだったので、湿気が少し気になりました。リクエストすれば外側に窓のある部屋に、泊まれるかもしれません。

Family hotel for young families
Pros:

The location of the treebo Natraj is perfect. It has restaurants nearby and metro station nearby. The morning breakfast was superb and the staff serving at breakfast was very kind and cheerful person. The other staff were very accommodating with our requirements as we were families with kids. The reception staff made arrangements to change the rooms when faulty water geyser was reported on a very short notice. Overall a good stay.

Cons:

Not related to the treebo Natraj hotel, but getting transport from outside the hotel and overall in jaipur was nightmare. My recommendation is to arrange car and negotiate for smooth travel with the city.

Pros:

No parking space, only 1 water bottle per day, extremely poor service, will never stay there anymore

I booked this hotel, through booking.com. I booked this hotel for 4300 per night excluding taxes, those were separate. when I go into the hotel and check the room the condition of that. This Hotel is not that good The surroundings were not that good in my understanding this hotel isn't worth even 1000 rupees per night. I would recommend that booking.com should inspect the quality of the hotel before they list on you website
Hire someone in India who can inspect the condition of hotels listed on your website..
