Hot with no real form of air conditioning
Pros:

The price was cheap and the location was convenient. Next to convenience stores.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortably HOT to stay in where I was sweating constantly. Any form of Airconditioning did not exist for the most part..... The halls, lobby and outside was cooler to be in. When I complained and asked to change rooms thinking maybe it was just the room; I was rejected being told it was the same in every room.... I was offered a fan then was told he would fix the air con system for my room which he did and it worked for just the night. It became hot again in the morning and periodically.
I rarely complain to hotel staff but it was that uncomfortably hot that I regretted my stay there. I even care less on the old beat up look in the room and the slight stink from the toilet but the heat was unbearable and I was thankful that I was not there during summer.
