The staff were helpful and responsive. They let us borrow umbrellas when it was raining. There are lots of places in walking distance and the nearby subway stations are easily walkable in a few minutes. The double room has plenty of space and has a nice view of the street. This is really the best value for money among the hotels I've stayed in Tokyo.
Nothing much, but if you don't speak Japanese, you may have a hard time as not a lot of staff speak English.
The room was so comfortable and the most spacious of rooms that we had stayed in during our trip. The staff were super lovely and helpful (offering to store our luggage whilst we awaited for our check in time). The room was lovely, clean and honestly our favorite from our trip.
