Staff and management work hard to help make a pleasant stay for guests

True place for relax vacation
Pros:

Ranbanka is truly Heritage and Royal property with calm ambience, staff was very humble, polite and welcoming. They are so sweet that almost served us truly homemade ginger chai at cold evening.
Dinning experience is warm with beautiful Rajasthani folk music at garden, hotel offers in house shopping experience for cloths, footwear - i had shopping experience in jodhpur city center but i got better deal in in house shop. Good for couple as well as family and friends. I had my cab and sightseeing for jodhpur and jaisalmer sorted with travel desk at Ranbanka palace itself.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like pee and was dirty. The toilet paper was damp. Absolutely disgusting. We had a better hygiene at a random haveli than this.

Location is good. Ambience is great. Rooms were nice and clean, and big too. Ample space for parking. Very courteous staff.

Cons:

Food quality is just okay. Not value for money.
Breakfast options or even the overall menu too is very small, and lacked local taste. Disappointing in terms of food.

Lovely gardens and pool. Friendly and accommodating staff. Food was good.

There was renovation work happening right by the pool during the day which was disturbing and smelly (external paint).

Pros:

Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from.

I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage.
1. Room smelled
2. Humid
3. Aged floor
4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom
5. No wash cloth in bathroom
6. Towels were little yellowed
7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage.
8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room.
9. Sofa had stain on it.
