Comfortable stay for a quick work trip
Cons:

The pool area was a bit dirty (hair, dirt, bugs floating in the pool and the trash can was overflowing all weekend). The outlets in the room weren’t the best . The outlets in the wall worked better than those in the desk and side table.

Standard hotel stay, met all expectations
Pros:

Beautiful scenery around. Easy to get to. Felt like a safe area.

Valet parking price felt a little high but I normally stay places with self-parking. The ability to text and request your car was nice so you’re not waiting outside for it.

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but they did have flavored waffle batter so that was fun if you’re into waffles.

We didn’t get the chance to use any amenities like pool or gym.

To me the interior decorating felt very dark and closed it, but that’s totally a personal preference and didn’t impact the quality of the stay. (I would post a picture but the Trip Advisor app doesn’t allow you to select videos or screen shots as a media type)

The rooms felt nice and clean and no issues with the TV, outlets, or AC.

Pros:

The staff made you feel welcome, shout out to Gisela, Mario, and Ana. They made us feel at home and helped us with questions we had.

Pros:

Close to airport, free ride to airport, clean, on time, professional & friendly staff. All good!

Cons:

Pros:

The rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast room was comfortable also. Good beds, plenty of water pressure for showers. Great TVs The breakfast meals were very tasty and there was a good variety of. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved pronto.

Cons:

The dog area outside was planted with some type of ground cover and no dogs were using it. We also didn’t like the freeway noise in rooms on the freeway side. The freeway is very close and runs 24/7. The opposite side rooms facing the mountains are very quiet and scenic. They should mention the freeway noise or replace the windows. I also felt there should be parking choices as opposed to the 31 dollar per night mandatory valet parking. I suppose you could park somewhere on the street and walk after unloading the baggage??

Wonderful
Pros:

Staff were very nice, kind and professional. Hotel room was spacious and housekeeping was outstanding. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and coffee and tea available 24/7. They offer a wonderful shuttle service with very friendly drivers. Overall extremely pleased with my choice of hotels and my stay!

I had a pleasant three day stay without any problems.
Pros:

For a hotel, the heavy door slams were pretty good. The mechanism slowing the door and associated noise was much better than most. These things normally keep me awake.

I enjoyed breakfast. The assortment of food choices was about right: meat, eggs, breads, muffins, juices, etc.

I loved being close to the airport given I did not know the area and had a very early flight out.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of valet parking, but sometimes there's no alternative for the hotel. It was handled well though.

Loves the property upkeep and the morning breakfast crew where awesome but because of the noise level and the unexpected
Pros:

The property was great rooms wonderful, clean and kept up.

Cons:

The room was situated next to HWY and you could hear the traffic all night long.
Other dislike the Hotel doesn’t have on site parking for guest, they use a valet service, which when told I thought ok tip no biggie- then received a bill for $35 parking fee. One I was not told this at the time, and to receive a bill after the fact was not ok!
I would have parked elsewhere, which would have been a walk!
