Good place to stay and centrally located.

Only location was great.no room service if you reach at 12 am.no mini bar.bathroom was not veey clean and water pressure in the shower was low.overall looks tired

The property was very tied needed a paint on the outside as looked nothing like the photos on the web page.

Rooms where clean but also very tied the hotel needs a face lift.

Staff very friendly and helpful. And security very good especially at night

We were greeted by polite and friendly staff at the reception. The formalities were quick and we were given a lovely room.
Breakfast was good and we left completely satisfied with our experience.

Overall very good, I will return to the same hotel if needed in the future

Hotel was very good. I loved the ambiance, comfort. But the only thing I didn’t like is the balcony. There was no ventilation.

Pleasant staff and excellent service. Amazing location where it’s impossible to get lost. Everyone knows this hotel as it’s one of the oldest hotel in the city. It’s just off the main road to all the shopping brands and every conceivable eatery. Barbecue nation is just across the road so that’s a superb.

Checking in the staff were excellent. Breakfast was passable but buffet lunch was excellent and the choice given had a lot of variety. Walking distance to all shops.

Hotel staff friendly. Near shopping centre. Easy availability of transport.

Hotel is good, centrally located, need to have gym facility, hotel mgmt should think about kids entertainment also, need to have wall clock in the room. Lobby area should be more interesting now it looks very old style one.

Hotel Looked OK From Site where as the Hotel is Old and renovated , few things it lacked Room Size was OK , Overall I will not stay in this Hotel Again , Checking time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM why is this ?

Hotel is not not clean. Needs new carpet. I will rate this as a 2 star hotel.

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Facilities are good. It could be an exception but there was no water in the bathroom in the evening that we stayed. Room service was slow but apologetic. The hotel has potential to be an excellent one for travellers as it is in a quiet street but near the shopping centres of Ernakulam.
