The convenience of the location

Cons:

The room we had had a strong smell of mildew coming from the air conditioner, and it was overly hot and humid in the pool that was almost too hard to breathe

Nice breakfast, I do recommend the place.
Pros:

The front desk ladies were super nice. Larissa is the one that checked us in. Breakfast was really good. It was a buffet, but the only downside was that every day it was the same breakfast. Also, the lady in the breakfast area was super nice. I did not ask her name, but she was a Hispanic lady.

Cons:

We did not like that the AC only worked in the room. The living room where the girls slept was kind of hot. Also, we did not like that housekeeping NEVER left any toilet paper. We had to ask front desk for toilet paper. Our las night I decided to bu toilet paper because I felt uncomfortable asking for toilet paper.

Pros:

The breakfast was great, the wait staff was a little pushy when asking for the breakfast voucher

Cons:

My room was designated from someone that’s handicap. I erase told that I couldn’t change it because I booked through a 3rd party. The room was dusty and not cleaned. I had to request new towels daily. Housekeeping would come in but only to pickup the old towels and bring new ones.

It was quite,relaxing and also comfortable

I loved the bar and also the view from our room was amazing

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was so nice. Coffee in the lobby was nice and the fruit infused water was so good. The room was spacious and was super nice. Would stay here again
