Pros:

The room I was given tv wasn’t working properly was told I would get a replacement tv then told it was to booked to give a replacement door handle popping out room want properly cleaned I booked for 2 nights was told if unhappy with room and decided to check out early will lose all money so I asked basically I’m forced to stay in a room I’m not happy with was told yes do to being busy and no rooms available and no refund ice holder still has ice in it from people before us can hear tv off and on picture will come in sometime WiFi is isn’t good most of cable channels don’t come through when it does try to work

Nice the beds were comfortable. It was clean. The scalp was friendly.

The only thing that was wrong was the last day that we were there we had no hot water to take a bath or a shower

I was very disappointed

The hotel is located in a nice area.

Cons:

There were several things that I didn't like about the property. The first thing was, only one elevator was working. Not only was it one working but it was slow and the sound coming from it made us nervous to get on it but we had not choice because our luggage was too big to take the stairs. The second thing was the hot, stuffy hallways. It took our breath away as soon as we stepped off the elevator. Then there wasn't enough towels. We asked for extra ones when we made it back from our event on Saturday night and the young lady said she'd bring some to us but she never did. I had to call down the next morning for someone to bring us a couple. My daughter and I both woke up with cramps in our necks because of the pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

Won't be back. No manager / supervisor to report our issues to. No hot water. One elevator. Late breakfast.

I've tried to contact someone. let's see. Where to start. ONE elevator in the entire place working. ON SPRING BREAK WEEKEND. 10 min wait easily to get from the bottom to the top floor. NO HOT water in the entire place. Stairs door was locked couldn't even take those. However why would I want to when I'm on the TOP floor. Breakfast didn't start til 8:15 an hour and 15 late. We had no trash cans in our room. Couldn't swim ( spring break weekend but not only that the water was SO green I wouldn't even let my kids go in it ) And was NO informed there was a 75$ deposit / hold. Won't ever stay here again.

The goods definitely outweighed the bad. I would stay here again when traveling in the area.
Pros:

The facility was clean and quiet. There was a mix up with our reservation and the staff was quick to fix the problem without questions or making us feel like we did something wrong.

Cons:

The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. We had problems with the door lock and had the key fixed twice in an hour. Staff agreed it was the actual lock but never attempted to fix it so we kept getting locked out of our room.

Holiday Inn, the new Motel 6 from the 90’s. Spend an extra $10 and go somewhere else.
Pros:

The lobby was nice. But that’s about it.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, wash clothes had stains, roaches in the corners, elevator was sketchy. Breakfast was cold and actually quite gross.
