Overall a great stay for the concert we came to see.
Pros:

Good location and clean safe feeling area.

Cons:

There is a homeless man that sits in the front door smoking a pipe 24/7 mumbling to himself. He seems harmless but mentally unstable people can always change quickly. He shouldn’t be allowed to stay there by staff with no concerns for customers.

Nice amenities when everything works
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the suite was nice.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were towels on the floor. I was afraid I walked into someone else's room. When I was assigned a new room, I was told the "trick" to getting hot water in the shower was to turn on both of the bathroom sinks, which seems pretty wasteful. There was also only one working elevator. Outside of the actual facilities, it seems there was a birthday party or something in my neighboring room. They played loud music all evening you could hear on the whole floor. After the music stopped the kids still jumped and yelled and ran. I try not to be someone who complains, but I finally called the front desk around 11:15pm. The neighbors were quiet the rest of the night, but the overall experience was mediocre.

Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

I used booking.com and was charged 75.00 because used them. I will get it back but it will take 5 to 10 days. I have never had a hotel charge me because I used booking.com
