Accueil au top mais chambre côté autoroute trop bruyante

Le personnel était parfait. À l'accueil, au petit-déjeuner tous très accueillants et souriants !
Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Les chambres côté autoroute devraient être plus insonorisées. On aimerait trouver dans la chambre le calme qui règne dans les couloirs... mais malheureusement bruit en continu des camions et des voitures toute la nuit. J'ai l'habitude du bruit, je vis en centre-ville, mais là c'est trop. J'ai peu et mal dormi. La réception devrait proposer des bouchons d'oreilles.

Pros:

Great breakfast with AMPLE room for seating. Lovely pool, workout room.
Staff were exceptional.
Bed was very comfy with great pillows.

Cons:

The bathroom door would not shut tight...like a good 3".
The air conditioner probably needed the filter cleaned or changed. It was quite humid and has probably been running constantly.
I mentioned this to the clerk and she apologized. She wrote it down to mention to the manager.
