员工态度和素质很差。提前很久订的酒店，特别注明要求安静。结果给安排了一层正对活动室的房间，且正有一个几十人的学生团体在酒店活动。要求酒店换个安静点的房间，被粗暴拒绝。严重影响了休息。

Actually I never stayed there, booking.com switched the day on me, it was supposed to be February 14 not the 15. I had already made reservations for the 15th in West Palm Beach on the 15th, why would I make one in Melbourne for the same time. When I booked my reservation it was for the 14th and they had one left and I had trouble with the first credit card and by the time I put in another one and paid, they switched the day. I very quickly realized the mistake and called booking.com and the hotel but to no avail. I liked nothing

The week spent in Palm Bay was lovely.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

The room was above the pool and the noise kept us awake late at night. The room could have a second chair for comfort.

Excellent. More choices than I’ve seen in other hotels

Cons:

Could use another laundry pair. Someone had left a lOT of clothes in the washer and dryer. No one came to get them even after 2 hours. The machines look a little old as well

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse pour une famille de 5, 2 adultes et 3 grands enfants. L'établissement est neuf et la climatisation dans tout l'hôtel est très appréciable. De même, le personnel est très attentif et il a répondu à une demande spéciale. J'aurai aimé rester dans cet hôtel plus longtemps ! La piscine était correcte, mes enfants ont apprécié qu'elle soit chauffée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très calme.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, il pourrait être plus fourni, avoir des saucisses, des gauffres... Mais, dans l'ensemble, c'est correct, la salle du petit déjeuner est assez grande.

It was just an okay stay. We will probably look for somewhere else to stay in the future.

It is usually very good - we like the variety.

Cons:

The elevator was out the entire time of our stay and we had to take the stairs to get to our room for days. We should have been given a credit for our stay since we were inconvenienced. They did tell us about it when we arrived but it was too late to find another hotel so we stayed. They should have called us to let us know the day before because the elevator had already been down for at least a couple of days.
