Good location but felt like they are living on that. None of staff seemed to want to be there. Disappointed.

Cons:

Aircon was barely working. Room was close to 30C. Reported it immediately and response was we will ask technician to look. Then fan put outside door!! Was later told it’s a problem for whole hotel. Staff attitude generally rude, arrogant and dismissive. No service approach. Breakfast buffet poor as was coffee.

mooi traditioneel hotel midden in de oude binnenstad
Pros:

Perfecte ligging om de oude stad van Munchen te verkennen, gelegen aan de gezellige markt. Totaal geen geluidshinder ondanks de drukte buiten. Mooie kamer en geweldig bed en super schoon. De badkamer is ruim maar de douche faciliteit met hoge instap in bad met gordijn voldoet voor deze prijs niet meer aan de huidige standaard, zeker niet voor ouderen. Het personeel is bescheiden en efficiënt aanwezig op de achtergrond. Allen in traditionele kledij wat goed past in de omgeving.
