The Grand Hyatt Shenzhen has a great location and convenient transportation, making it very easy to get around. Nancy and Candy at the lounge provide excellent service and are very friendly.

A True 5-Star Standard in Every Way
Pros:

Had a great stay at the hotel. . The check-in process was highly efficient, and the front desk staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was beautifully appointed—the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious.

The food and beverage offerings here are top-notch, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning!

The service at the lounge is the best
Pros:

This time I spent a bit more time in the time in the lounge and I interacted with Gary.
Gary stood out quite clearly.
He has a very composed and confident presence. What I noticed first is that he is very attentive to guests entering the lounge. Every guest is acknowledged. If someone walks past and says something to him, he immediately responds and stands up to engage properly.
It doesn’t feel like a trained gesture. It feels natural.
This was actually my first direct interaction with him, but he gave me a strange sense of familiarity, like I may have seen him working in another hotel before. He carries himself in a way that feels experienced and steady.
