Convenient location, good facilities and very helpful staff, pool was great and so was the breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was out of the world

Rooms are spacious and the shower is perfect!

Cons:

The reception was well hidden and you need to change lift in order to come to the hotel room.
There is no sign for way in and out … very inconvenient.

The bar is nice with beautiful view but the drink menu is not 5* ! Very boring and no happy hour..

提早要求有生日佈置，但進房後感到佈置比預期簡單和馬虎，和其他同級酒店比較，絕對是十分失色

酒店附近地盤上午七時已發出工作嘈音，大好假期就被嘈音吵醒了。今天是星期日，又是大清早七時，難道沒有工作嘈音規管的？

Spacious room, yummy breakfast.
Pros:

Room was spacious, and i especially appreciated the large vanity counter and large desk. Good variety at breakfast buffet. First time in a hotel room where the bath is visible on 3 sides, so felt very exposed while bathing lol !

Fabulous hotel , stayed before, the Bar on the top floor had a fantastic singer

Cons:

Rooms smelled of smoke & people were smoking inside the bar! Smoking kills...the Hyatt needs to do better, get smoke alarms & fine guests. We just stayed in the Shangrila..no smoke..

Good chinese food at both 37 and 1F restaurants, also incredible views
Pros:

The food at 37F and 1F chinese restaurants are very good. Kids like everything from dim sum to peking duck to ice cream. Staff are very attentive with kindness
