Property was easily accessible, room was clean. No repairs were needed. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Half of pool is covered which was nice because elderly family member did not have to get in sun

The staff was incredible. Anything you needed they bent over backwards, get it or do for you

Cons:

I got charged $275 for having a cigarette in my hand on the balcony that was not even lit. Other than that everything else is fine

We enjoyed the welcoming staff and the spacious rooms. The view was the spotlight. Breakfast meh !

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. Nothing but waffles and carbs. The sides were not very tasty. I had just stayed at a Hilton in Mississippi and the breakfast was amazing so this was disappointing.

Overall a pleasing but very expensive stay
Pros:

It was clean. Super friendly staff. Nice snacks and little shop. The room and bathroom were clean

Cons:

Overpriced for sure but compared to other places I guess not so bad. The a/c kinda sucked in our room and was noisy. The parking deck is a bit tight as well

It was on the beach

Cons:

The bed, lack of room service, TV was slow, curtains mangled, no stairs to use to the rooms, elevators slow and only way to your room. My balcony door in first room was not the original lock I was told so I struggled getting it open and paid for beach front view. Was moved to another room after we unpacked everything. It was not the best option and the bed was horrible for My back and the pillows were flat. Then I was told I had to pay for parking after I arrived which was $15 a day. Then I was charged $10 more and when I asked about the transaction I was told it was a refundable fee if nothing was broken. Again none of that explained upfront prior to booking. Waiting to see if I get my $10 refunded to them. It was a struggle getting clean towels. My experience was not that great and because of that we checked out early.

Limited capacity hotel that hat has enough for its guests. Close to all points of interests.
Pros:

Easy access to the ocean, clean.

Cons:

The bathroom on the northwest corner on each level where the water from the shower head flooded on the floor. I spent minutes to mop and asked for extra towels to dry the floor; even, the customer above my room complained about water leak from my bathroom.

I liked the pier out to the beach.

Cons:

Didn’t like the pool and hot tub it needs maintenance and painted. Also didn’t like our shower leaking the entire time and rusting the tub. Also didn’t like the air went out one night as well as no batteries working in the bath tub.
