Close to the water! Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Enjoyed the gym.

Cons:

They seldom had enough coffee available or it was lukewarm. The sink & shower drains did not work well & we were always waiting for them to empty.
Really unhappy with the parking garage fees.

I had to cut my trip short 1 day due to the ice storm coming in where I live. I chose non refundable. So I lost one night and the money. However that was my fault.

Great location, great staff!
Pros:

We came for one night and have ended up staying four!

This newly renovated Hampton Inn has a great location on Orange Beach along the Gulf Shores’ pure white sand beaches. Cool temperatures may keep some visitors away this time of year but those who do come will enjoy the quiet peacefulness. Less traffic is a plus too not to mention the economical rates.

The location is perfect for visits to the National Aviation Museum in nearby Pensacola, Florida and even a day trip to Mobil, Alabama to take an afternoon boat ride on the Perdido Queen to see the SS United States before it is sunk to create a diving reef off of Okaloosa County.m, FL. The guide aboard the Perdido Queen provided a great narration and an extra treat was a sweet lady named Pam who had a display of memorabilia and film of her trip on the SS United States when she was 11 years old.

Best part of our stay besides the terrific views Gulf side was the friendly hotel staff!

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Even when we arrived and our digital key wouldn’t unlock the parking deck door and we had to call the office for support, they had someone there in under a minute to get us in out of the weather.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows need upgrades. The pillows felt like the stuffing was separated causing it to feel like a bunch of cotton balls instead of a soft pillow. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Only parts of the room we did not enjoy. I would like to see some King suites that are beachfront/water front. The king suites not having any water views is kinda frustrating too.

The breakfast, room, beach, and pool were great.

Cons:

Booking.com's website did not specify that there was a $15 per day charge for parking, nor did it say that I would be charged $75 because my dog was not a service dog. I sent an email to y'all to express my dissatisfaction and have yet to receive a response. Because of that, I won't be using your website to book any further trips, I'll just go straight to the hotel's website where they disclose that type of information. I ended up having to spend $105 out of my food budget and thus had to eat crap food for dinner.
