Beautiful location, but not as good as the first time we stayed here.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The front staff were really nice but during check in. The room was clean.

Cons:

Well to be honest, the front desk staff were talking way too fast for me to even understand what she was saying. There was a lot of information and I think giving ample time to explain would help. The breakfast was actually pretty bad compared to other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at with the same name. There wasn’t a lot of different options. The cost didn’t seem to match the value in which I felt. The AC in the room didn’t work as well as I thought and made weird sounds all night. The pillows were thin. I guess I’m nitpicking, but again for the price, you kind of expect more.

Pros:

The staff were warm and friendly. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but we were allowed to park and use the facilities until then. The rooms were exceptionally clean! We were beachfront and it was a lovely view!

Cons:

The carpet was a little worn,but not enough to ruin the trip. The cleanliness made up for it.

Another great night in Orange Beach
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect right on the beach. The staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay !!!

We enjoy staying here when we visit Orange beach. We have stayed here many times.

It was conveniently located and the pool was decent.

Cons:

The room we booked was supposed to be an ocean view balcony, our room wasnt ready at 4 so we waited an hour and it still wasnt ready at 5 so we had to settle for a lesser room just to be able to start relaxing. The desk agent comped us parking and other things to try and make up for the room situation but for the price it was pretty disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time on beach and pool. Didn’t sleep the best but only stayed 2 nights.
Pros:

Property is in an excellent area , easy access to beach , restaurants, coffee shops , grocery store, and more. Staff were very friendly, attentive to your needs and caring. Hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel needs maintenance on hvac units in many rooms, other guest had no a/c . OurA/c was not working well either. The pillows and mattresses need replacing. Fencing needs replaced in pool area.
