They need to renovate and clean the rooms.
Pros:

I like the location, the stuff was nice.

Cons:

I spend 2 nights in a suite. The rooms were very old, and smelly, the windows, sofa, table and the chairs were dirty and really old. The floor was so bad and dirty as well.

View and location

Cons:

No one told us that there is maintenance and construction work at the building.
It was too loud and noisy we couldn’t sleep from the sound of drilling and hammering the walls.
We contacted the receptionist but unfortunately no one did anything about it,
No one asked or even apologized for it.
We end up leaving the hotel before the check out time annoyed and frustrated.
