It was a great stay specially the breakfast buffet. Amazing stay!
Pros:

Love the ambience of the room facing the sea.

Cons:

There are no available meds like Panadol or any quick relief meds incase of emergency as I called the reception.
Also, would be better if there is a place for soap and shampoo inside the shower room as I have to place it on the flooring.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.

The service was extremely poor. I called the front desk more than four times, and no one answered the phone. Room service for food was also very slow—it took over an hour for my order to arrive.

The staff were not welcoming and seemed rushed whenever I spoke with them. I also requested housekeeping several times, but my room was never cleaned.

There was no option for a late check-out, which was disappointing.

Finally, one of the room service staff asked me to hold the door open for him because he was carrying a bag. While I understand he may have needed assistance, handling such situations is part of his job, and staff should be properly trained to manage them professionally without asking guests for help.

Overall, the service did not meet the standards expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

مفيش نظافه خالص لا يوجد عماله فبتالي لا يوجد خدمه في المطعم والغرف والغرف غير نظيفه تماما واشتكيت ولم يتجواب معي الفندق ولا يوجد خدمه بالمسبح اعتمد علي نفسك وموظفين الريسبشن والمدير غير متعاونين لا احب ان ازور المكان مره اخري ابدا شكرا🫤🫤
