The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. There was no noise or disturbance, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing throughout the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the lack of transparency at check-in. I had originally booked a suite, but I was assigned an old and worn-out room instead. I was told there were no available suites and that I would be moved after two nights. The room I stayed in was clearly outdated, with heavily used furniture and bathroom fixtures that did not reflect a five-star standard at all.

On the third night, when I expected to be transferred to the suite, I was informed by other staff members that the system only showed a renovated room—not a suite—assigned to me. This inconsistency was disappointing. The issue was not only the room condition, but the lack of honesty and clarity from the reception staff.

Overall, the property does not reflect what one would expect from an international five-star hotel standard.
