Super design au beau milieu de la ville

Superbe salle de bain avec grande baignoire

Cons:

Les chambres donnant sur la place sont un peu bruyante du fait des bruits extérieurs
L’homme qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner n’était pas très cordial

Un hotel bien maquillado para parecer una estructura de alto nivel, pero no tienen recepcion 24h, que por un 4 estrellas (es lo que dicen ellos) me parece muy mal, la habitacion bien pero no de lujo, la limpieza bastante mal con una sensacion de polvo en las manos al tocar las cosas.
Otra cosa es la sensacion constante de ser un "lemon para exprimir", por ejemplo he preguntado si por el check-out del 1 de enero ofrecian flexibilidad (cosa que la mayoria hacen) y me han concecido una hora (después de contactar con el director, se han necesitado 2 horas para la respuesta) con esta respuesta textual por parte del manager: "si pasas de esta hora empezamos a cobrar". No me gusta el trato, seco, cuando haces hospitalidad deberias ser amable.
Enchufe roto en la habitacion, gancho para colgar toalla en el baño roto. Luz muy para hacerse el interesante, pero no se ve mucho en la habitacion, es oscura. Falta de enchufes comodos. Por ejemplo falta enchufe delante del espejo para secarse el pelo. Falta un enchufe cerca de la cama, solo hay uno pero si quitas la lampara que está conectada, la habitacion es más oscura aún.
Non puedo hacer expeciones en mi valoracion, precio demasiado alto y trato más o menos.

La experiencia muy buena: personal amable, cama y almohadas cómodas, desayuno muy bueno (aunque me ha parecido un poco caro 15€ por persona)

Cons:

La única pega sería la ducha de la habitación que había manera de poner la temperatura adecuada- o agua fría o agua demasiado caliente… y la puerta de ducha necesita arreglar para poder cerrar y abrir bien

La ubicación céntrica, aunque es complicado aparcar cerca si no es pagando

Fotos engañosas que no corresponden a la habitación: muestran una terraza que no existe en esa categoría. Aunque reclames se excusan argumentando que en la descripción no pone terraza, sin embargo ponen una foto con terraza en esa categoria y eso no puede ser casualidad.
En recepción ningun esfuerzo por compensarte ante tal sinsabor.
Parking de pago (23 €/dia) enfrente o te tocará aparcar bastante lejos.
