Pros:

Tout est parfait, le site forestier, les chalets disséminés à flanc de colline, la disponibilité du personnel.

Excellent resort with all features helped by Nice supporting staff. The food has a nice variety and the buffet also has nice spreads. Snacks kept are overpriced.

Cons:

Spa has a limited operation timing which doesn't suit the traveller convenience, which needs to be improved.

Lovely place to stay if visiting Periyar and surroundings. Superb value for money.
Pros:

Gorgeously located in what feels like the middle of the forest. The dinner was great (would recommend including it in booking) and the staff were attentive.

Cons:

Spa and pool facilities were underwhelming but these are of course optional.

Too many steps to climb from the reception and dining area which is difficult to climb
