Pros:

The rooms were not very clean. Sofas were full of dust and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. The staff was very courteous especially Mr Punit. They helped resolving the issues.

Pros:

Restaurant is too expensive. Toilets are not cleaned. Very limited TV channels on TV. Overall very disappointing. Won't come here again. Pathetic.

Bad experience
Pros:

There was no hot water at evening. I ended up taking cold shower, which got me very sick just because of their saving on electricity. In the morning, the water was barely warm. Internet was on and off, while AC didn't work properly. At their expensive restaurant, the tables were dirty and the menu cards were stained all over by food. Horrible!

Not what I expected
Pros:

First of all as we entered the room were not even having windows as we were promised city view. Kitchen staffs were rude and the breakfast was really dull. Quantity of food was very small, they served it in small bowl. The TV of room was not placed at proper location as per the bed direction. Housekeeping staff threw away my face wash while cleaning. The bathtub were old and not proper. We booked a cab from travel desk a hotel which over charged us in the name of parking charges and uphill climb charges. Could have found better hotels in that money.
