Gute Lage.
Die Musik in der Lobby war extrem laut und bis in die Zimmer zu hören. Beginn 6 Uhr am morgen und endete erst nach 22 Uhr :-(.

We booked because it had a roof top terrace , when we arrived we’re told it was shut.

The location and the size of the room was good
The room was hot and the AC was not cooling. The fridge wasn’t working when we were out of the room
The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, a short walking distance to all the downtown streets and attractions. Also, a few minutes walking distance to bus and subway stations.
The breakfast was very good for me, nothing fancy, but it had exactly everything basic one might need for a breakfast. The staff in the dining room was also very nice and helpful
The housekeeping staff was also very nice and efficient
The fitness room was quite well equipped for a hotel gym.. though it's located on -1 floor, and was lacking some necessary ventilation/air- conditioning
The available facilities in the room were not sufficient for me, personally. There was no kettle, and although i was told at the reception i could ask for one- when i did ask for it, they told me that they are out of kettles. And there also wasn't an option to ask for just a hot water mug at the reception either:/
I did eventually just used the espresso machine in the room, for boiling water for tea. So there was some solution for that🙃
In addition, there was no fridge in the room. What i first thought for a fridge, turned out to be just some sort of a mini bar, that wasn't cooling enough to store food there. The receptionist did tell me, that i could just ask them to put things in their fridge. But it wasn't really a convenient option for me, and also it did feel wrong to bother them with that request, while they often had to take care of guests waiting in que at the reception.
One last thing - the room i received upon checking in was really not cosy. It seemed different from the rooms in the pictures, and the air-conditioning wasn't working, when i tried to turn it on. Moreover, the bathroom had a
really strong unpleasant smell. There are no windows in the bathrooms, so it was impossible to just letting fresh air deal with that. I informed the staff at the reception about it, and they did offer me another room quite right away, after checking the bathroom and making sure there was a good reason for my complaint... And the room they have offered me was actually much more cosy, and the bathroom was just fine. But anyway, i would have expected for a 4 stars-hotel, to check the room in advance before letting a guest in. Thus, saving the inconvenience caused

* Colazione dolce quasi inesistente. Io per tre giorni ho mangiato pane tostato con burro e marmellata. Considerato che ho pagato 105 € a notte sono rimasta molto delusa..
* Piumone/lenzuolo cortissimo. Durante la notte mi scoprivo in continuazione. (Sono alta 163 cm, non sono altissima)
