Cons:

Beware of this hotel's marketing gimmicks. The roof top bar - which is no.1 picture on booking - is closed as well as the hotel's wellness. They will inform you about this too late. Complaints are ignored.

Hôtel très bien situé et propre
Pros:

L’emplacement est super, proche de bcp de monuments à pied, en moyenne 15mins.
Les chambres étaient très propre et confortable

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c’était le rooftop, il était indiqué ouvert mais il y avait que la terrasse d’ouverte mais pas le bar donc aucun intérêt. Sinon la vue est jolie

Posizione ottima per girare la città a piedi, colazione molto buona e camere piccole ma pulite

Cons:

La struttura di per sé bella ma le camere un po’ lasciate andare (lavandino rotto, mancava sostegno per il microfono della doccia..)

Amazing location, very nice breakfast!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very central location. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff were great!

Cons:

The standard room what we received was a little bit “used”.

La chambre sans fenêtre accessible pour aérer. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un studio sans aération.
Pas de rooftop accessible en mai, il n'y avait rien sur le toit alors que c'est mis en avant sur le site... Ca ne vaut pas du tout son prix.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the suite was great and clean. The service was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple, the gym was simple, both were down in the basement with no windows. The mattress was rock hard and I felt the springs all over my body, this resulted in me having to turn over every 10 minutes, which resulted in my wife not being able to sleep either. After 2 days, I contacted the reception and asked to put in a bed so my wife could at least sleep. I got a foldable guest bed with a thin mattress. I put three hotel pillows crosswise and lay on top of these. The result was two good nights of sleep for both my wife and me. My recommendation is that the hotel invests in good quality mattresses in every room. Furthermore, I would recommend the hotel to move breakfast and the gym upstairs to rooms with windows, as well as invest in better exercise equipment for customers who want to work out on vacation.
