The hotel is in a safe and quiet place between old town and new town of Delhi. it is walkable to Connaught Place. The connaught place has many stores to visit.
The traffic was bad in this location, very crowded. you need to take extra time if you plan to go somewhere, especially in the peak time.
Die Lage war sehr gut & die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die gebuchte Tour mit dem Fahrer Herr Kumar würde ich empfehlen! Er kennt die besten Spots in Delhi und weiß genau, wie man einen besonderen Tag dort verbringen kann und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sieht.
Nice and cozy with character , that's what I like.
It’s a great hotel in the heart of Delhi. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they catered for my gluten and dairy allergies very well. Dinner was also delicious. The pool was well-used with the kids staying at the property. I’d definitely recommend!

The staff here are beyond amazing. We had a safety scare whilst in New Delhi and moved to this hotel. The staff were very attentive and escalated our safety and security as priority.
The facilities are great and the beer is cold.

The prices of tea and coffee after checkout were unreasonably high:
For a simple tea and single espresso I paid 1300 rupees (13 dollars).
I was a bit surprised when they showed me the bill. But it is not a deal-breaker.

The service
They charge me 200.00 usd for room service when I just order a burger and 2 orange juice. Which was about 3.00 usd. This was crazy to me seeing that I paid 163.00 for a room for the night.
The location was great but above all we felt welcomed here from breakfast with Sandeep and Bala to the evening all the bar and restaurant staff aswell as the concierge. We felt secure here despite a little political protests close by.
Hotel in good location. Great breakfast, bar, pool and gym. Room sizes are good, comfy beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Anil.
You get hassled by local Indians in the nearby streets, but this may be common for most hotels in New Delhi.

Thank you to the wonderful reception staff who were amazingly helpful. A special mention for Manjar Alum how did a lovely job ensuring our rooms were kept tidy and inviting after a long day in the city.

The hotel is great, comfortable, very clean, rooms and Wc with good size, good amenities. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast is also very good and varied. Staff was nice and in particular, Rob was extremely nice and professional. I forgot some clothes in the Laundry and he took it for me to where I was in the city. Top service!! Will go back on my next stay.
