Molt bona atenció del personal. La situacio es molt bona i l'esmorzar era bo. L'habitació es bonica.

Супер чисто, лояльно, услужливо, невероятно тихо, прекрасные завтраки. Качественные одноразовые наборы, фен, кофе, чайник, вода в бутылках на каждом шагу в неограниченном количестве. Невероятно удобный матрас и подушки (субъективно). Очень близко до популярных кафе, но с территории лучше выезжать на заранее вызванном uber, замучают пока идете.
Внутри душевой нет двери, по всей ванной была вода. Не открывается окно, хотелось свежего воздуха (хотя может оно и к лучшему).
It is central to New Delhi. It was at a safe location. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast service was awesome and prompt . The food i had for dinner special thanks to the chef and the waiter who customized my choice of pasta ( spaghetti) bolognese into non vegetarian version. The salmon was very fresh and tasted that awesome . I would like to specially mention 3 people, the housekeeper of my room 401 , that person kept my request of more water and green satches and took care of my emergency need of the hour without causing me embarassment. And the second person is the security check in lady , who caught my interest in animals and happily introduced me to the dogs and cat present there when i was feeling down after a very long day . And the third person is Mr.Ranauk of telephone operator who stayed back his shift time on sunday 9th August and sorted my problem i was facing in payment details so that i can smoothly enjoy my stay at your place. Kindly appreciate these 3 people , they are wonderful service person ,take that from my experience as i have worked as HOD of F&B at Hyatt regency kolkata and hospitality professor in Kingston College, London.
The breakfast is a little monotonous and have to work on the dosa making as it was soggy by the time it reached me .
De ligging is in de buurt van het centrum, de luchthaven én ligt betrekkelijk buiten de drukte van al het verkeer.
Er zijn meerdere hotels die de naam The Connaught dragen. Houdt hier rekening mee als je met de taxi of tuk-tuk teruggebracht wordt. De hotels liggen zo'n 1,5 km bij elkaar verwijderd. Dus The Connaught IHCL Seleqtions.
The room itself was smaller than the pictures seemed to indicate but that was fine. The breakfast buffet was great. Location is pretty solid.
I booked The Connaught for a week while arriving from the US with my two cats, specifically because it advertised itself as “pet-friendly.”
A week before arrival, I confirmed via Booking.com that two litter boxes would be ready in my room. After 24+ hours of travel, I arrived around midnight to find that neither the litter boxes nor the request were recorded. After showing the confirmation, reception managed to arrange them within 30 minutes.
The boxes came without extra litter or a scoop. When I called reception for a scoop, I was initially told the hotel could not provide one. After travelling for over a day with two cats, having to source a ₹100 scoop myself seemed unnecessarily frustrating, especially after paying over ₹100,000 for the stay. The receptionist eventually provided one.
The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but otherwise fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location is good.
I shortened my stay from 7 nights to 4 because the paperwork for my cats in Delhi was completed sooner than expected. I negotiated a ₹20,000 refund, which the hotel agreed to. I checked out on July 17. On July 21, after I followed up, I was told the refund had been processed and would appear on my card within 5–7 days.
Ten days later, I followed up again. I received a generic apology and was told the matter had been escalated. That was 9 days ago. I still have no refund and no further update.
For a supposed 5-star hotel, this level of follow-through and service is disappointing. I would not stay here again. If you're travelling with pets, I'd look at Novotel Aerocity instead.

Brandvarnare i taket precis ovanför sängen blinkar med glesa intervaller och det är ju bra att brandvarnare finns,.men ljusskenet av detta blir som en liten chock varje gång, om man ännu inte somnat.
Standard hotel near Connaught Place and close (few meters) to the stadium. Good breakfast and good taxi service.
The staff needs to learn to smile.
