Overall very pleasant, however one got the impression that the hotel was understaffed.
Pros:

The interiors were nice
Room very comfortable
Staff very friendly and helpful
Great location
Good breakfasts, especially the Indian options.

Cons:

Water in the bathroom sink was not very hot
Tables in the restaurant were not promptly cleared when diners had finished. We often entered the restaurant to see empty tables that were uncleared from the previous diner. On some occasions these remained uncleared for the rest of the evening. Felt a bit like a motorway service station!
There were no dedicated poolside staff to take orders or clear tables and loungers. Poolside ended up looking a mess.
No stamps for postcards available to buy at the reception desk!

Friendly helpful staff, great location for central Delhi.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. We felt they were understaffed.

Cons:

Tables not cleared in the dining room - again, understaffed. The pool was cold and the tiling around the pool needs attention. No dedicated poolside staff to take orders or clear tables and loungers. The rooms are confusing in design - it's mixed in terms of maintaining traditional and introducing modern. Don't think it was cohesive.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Pros:

We were given an early check in upon arrival after a night flight which was welcomed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

Muy amables. Buen desayuno, variado. La habitación cómoda. Se siente seguridad. La decoración, el diseño de interiores de todo el hotel, excelente.

Awesome stay overall! Loved it!
Pros:

The hotel was perfect, with such a warm and welcoming environment. The rooms were excellent, and the bar and restaurant area had a great vibe as well.

The best part was arriving early and being allowed an early check-in by Sona at reception. It made everything so much easier for us. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with.

From the security team to the rest of the staff, everyone was polite and welcoming. We truly loved our stay!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about this place! The only minor issue was that rooms near the lift can get a bit noisy, especially in the morning when people gather there while heading for breakfast. The voices can sometimes wake you up. Perhaps soundproof doors for those rooms next to the lift could help improve the experience.

Excellent 3 days with the family from New York
Pros:

Everything. Excellent Hotel, location and Impeccable Service from Porters to Check-in to restaurant Staff.
Shout out to Anil, Robin and especially ICY in the restaurant, who was very attentive and professional.

Great stay in convenient location
Pros:

Comfortable room and good location in Delhi. Staff, especially Anil, were fantastic. He made our stay really memorable. Nice pool area and coffee shop downstairs.

Cons:

Room was a little small and some of the finishings were a little worn.

Pros:

The hotel had an attractive decor and a relaxed feel. The quality of the breakfast buffet and restaurant were excellent.

Cons:

It was a bit expensive for India, but the quality was high. The arrival welcome was very lacklustre with no information about the hotel provided.
