Good place for an overnight stay in the middle of things .
Pros:

It was in a good location.
Clean and comfortable room .

Cons:

The rooms were quite small compared to some others we have stayed in during our India trip . Every time we entered the hotel we had to go through airport style security . Hotel has a corporate feel .

Pros:

Nice hotel in Delhi. Very pleasant and nice rooms.

Cons:

The pool was closed due to maintenance work but I wasn't informed about that prior arrival. Anyway the great employees organised a trip to a partner hotel for the afternoon for me.
And the room felt a little cold for me, there is no heating only aircon.

Really excellent hotel in the heart of Connaught Place. Feels very safe/accessible to everything.
Pros:

Great staff, lovely breakfast, beautifully designed. Didn't get to try the pool but the gym is well-equipped. Great location for a 5-day stay in Delhi.

Cons:

No complaints!

Pros:

The door staff was warm and welcoming greeting me whenever I entered or exited the property. One of the front desk staff helped me book my train ticket from Delhi to Agra. That helped ease my mind. The bar area was lovely and the room was good sized. When I told one of the staff that I felt cold in the room, he immediately brought me a space heater. I'm not sure it was worth the price (abt $200/nt) but I know that's far more reasonable than it would be back home in Chicago or New York

Amazing in all means
Pros:

Everything! It’s so clean amazing service. The decore is beautiful and so neat. The staff is so friendly.

But overall i would like to give a shout out to Abhinav Rustagi, the culinary experience manager for the amazing care he gave me during my stay!

He made sure to curate my meals gulten free with 0 cross contamination becausei have Celiac disease. This was my worry and he made me look forward to every meal. An amazing person who works from his heart and obviously loves his job! A Gem!

Not to forget the amazing waiter and the chef at the omelette station who made sure my eggs were safe too and made the best omelette i ever had! I felt home and will miss that. Definitely will stay at the hotel again if i ever come to new delhi

Lovely hotel overall, heating issues in public spaces need to be addressed in winter months

Cons:

We visited in January and the hotel was very cold internally. The air conditioning was on! and guests were visibly cold in the main areas, wearing scarfs in the restaurant. It was uncomfortable.lo
