We had an extremely enjoyable stay at Residency Towers, Chennai!
This was our second all-girls trip, and we are already looking forward to making it a yearly tradition! 💕✨
The location is excellent and very convenient. We particularly loved the connecting rooms, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient for our family. The **24-hour room service** was another big plus and made things really easy, especially after a long day.
The breakfast spread was also very good, with plenty of variety and something for everyone.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. The comfort, convenience, excellent location and attentive service made our visit truly memorable. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! ❤️
One area that could be improved is the customer service at the reception. We felt that the front desk staff could be a little more welcoming and attentive towards guests.
In contrast, the restaurant staff and home service staff, were extremely thoughtful, attentive and made us feel very well taken care of.
