Goed , kan uitstekend zijn als men eerlijk verteld dat er faciliteiten worden verbouwd of gesloten zijn

Ontbijt en kamer faciliteiten uitstekend. Jammer dat we nadat we geboekt hadden er achter kwamen dat zwembad gesloten was.

Cons:

Dat de bar dicht was op 1 hoog en dat nadat wij geboekt hadden te horen kregen dat zwembad niet open was.

Pros:

Room service was excellent. Requests were attended to immediately.

Cons:

Service during breakfast was a bit disappointing. Plates were not cleared for a long time. Staff were not friendly, no greetings and did not put on a smile to bring joy to guests

Pros:

The room was absolutely fantastic - exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and designed with real attention to detail.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast spread was exceptional! There was an amazing variety of fresh, high quality options catering to every taste. Everything we ate was delicious.

Cons:

The ongoing renovation which blocked my room view. Anyways its short term thing so no worries.

Pros:

This is my third stay at Residency Towers. I love the location and the familiar feel of the hotel. Breakfast was good, the expected variety. Anthony and Moi stand out for their warm, friendly and welcoming service. Both have a natural ability to connect with guests and would be well suited for guest relations or relationship management roles. Unfortunately, I cannot recall anyone else making the same effort to connect with us.

Cons:

Reception needs more warmth, of the four or five staff, only one greeted us with a smile. The rest seemed to be going through their daily routine.

Renovation works were ongoing, which is understandable, but there was no mention of the inconvenience on the booking pages. The works seemed messy and happening all at once. Reception only mentioned painting works, without explaining which areas were affected or should be avoided. Communication felt very matter-of-fact, with little warmth or attention to detail.

Dinner à la carte needs more consistency in portions and menu descriptions. We waited over 20 minutes for something similar to what was served at breakfast. Fruits from the buffet were served while waiting, but no one updated us on our order.

I also noticed too much casual chatting among waiters and chefs during breakfast and dinner, which seemed to affect serving times.

Overall I have always enjoyed staying at Residency Towers, especially for its location and atmosphere. However, on this visit, the service lacked the warmth, communication and attention to detail I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Overall loved the stay . Good experience with great staff . Very clean ! Will be back again soon .
Pros:

I like the rooms , cleanliness and the food in the restaurants. Staff are excellent . The gym is pretty good too. Spa was excellent .
It is also close to T.Nagar shopping .

Cons:

Unfortunate that painting was going on during our stay. Last time I was here they had renovations going on .

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and we had everything we needed.

What really stood out was the staff - everyone was so welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to help.
Great location and a fantastic breakfast with lots of choice at Carnaby. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!
