Comfortable, clean and convenient
Pros:

Very close to everyplace we wanted to visit. Close enough to Shibuya crossing, but still feels outside of the busy hub

Cons:

Comfortable enough, & have all the basic. We’re happy with our stay

Better value at other hotels. I'd look around.
Pros:

The location is great if you are looking to stay in this part of town. That's about the one good thing.

Cons:

The staff upon check in was not helpful or accomodating at all. The seemed annoyed we were there to check in. The corridors and rooms are very sub-par. The just feel dingy for what you pay. I've stayed at a few other places in Tokyo for the same or less price and they are leeps and bounds better.

The breakfast, weather you are getthing the American or Japanese breakfast is awful. It's inedible, and the coffee is terrible.

Nice location - close to everything in Shibuya. Good size room for Tokyo with good pillows (many Tokyo hotels have bad pillows).

Cons:

The breakfast options were not great. Better off not getting the breakfast and going out to get breakfast.

Pros:

Is the inner of Shibuya close to everywhere for shopping or eating places.

Cons:

Customer service was very bad when I checked in from a younger man. I was only given one key card between 4 people when previous accommodations I was happily given 2-3 cards without hesitation. When I requested for another card, the young man raised his voice and said “make sure to not lose it or else you’ll need to pay”. He also input “Mr” instead of “Mrs” even after I handed in my passport to him for identity check as shown in the photo. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t come back ever again.

Pros:

Great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. A variety of toiletries snd coffe/tea supplies were available as needed.

Cons:

I wish there was a bit more variety in the free breakfast, but there are a couple choices and the food was fine.
