Quite economical option with perfect location. Clean enough but could be better. Rooms are bigger than standard.
Pros:

Location was perfect very close to Shibuya crossing if you like crowds. Clean enough. Economic.

Cons:

Rooms need renovation, stains on the walls. Bed sheets and towels need replacement, too old.

The hotel was okay but I would certainly look around for another hotel if I was to visit Tokyo again
Pros:

The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Station and easy to get to. The room was a good size, the bathroom quite small. The room was very clean with housekeeping daily. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included with our booking.

Cons:

The fridge made noise all night and there was a drip in the toilet that made noise also even with the bathroom door shut. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were not very comfortable either. There was no view as the window was frosted but we did not expect a great view. The window did open slightly but the noise from a waterfall outside was quite loud.
Breakfast consisted of 4 choices and they were very basic. 2 meals were similar and the other 2 were similar so very limited options and eating the same thing every day was not too enjoyable by the end.

Localização é ótima, no meio de Shibuya e perto de Omote-Sando.

Tive uma experiência bastante desagradável logo na primeira noite. Fui dormir, após uma longuíssima viagem até Tokyo e ao acordar, pela manhã, notei que haviam três chicletes grudados no lençol. Ou seja, não só não trocaram os lençóis para um novo hóspede, o que é inaceitável e nojento, como nem perceberam a sujeira. Reclamei com a gerência que chegou a duvidar de mim. Tive que levar até o quarto para comprovar. O que fez o hotel: só pediu desculpas. Nenhuma compensação pelo mal-estar, nenhum agrado, nada. Voltarei sempre para Tokyo, mas para esse hotel, nunca mais.

Una agradable experiencia para mi primera estancia en Japón.
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional.
El desayuno, con opciones japonesas y occidentales, todas muy buenas y de buena cantidad.
A mayores puedes tomar café o té (todo lo que quieras).
Habitación muy tranquila, con los amenities disponibles en el hall del Hotel.
Personal muy amable.
