Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the location was terrible.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was good and clean. However, the bed sheets were not changed every day and the bathroom was not cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable, but the window in our room did not close completely and the room warmed up very slowly.

The staff were kind and welcoming. However, there was an issue with the Bosphorus boat tour. We asked to do the tour without dinner, but they kept insisting that we should do it with dinner. In the end, it turned out to be a very bad experience because the dinner on the boat was terrible.

Cons:

The location was the worst part. Laleli is mostly a commercial area with clothing shops everywhere. Almost every step you take there are wholesale clothing stores, and there are very few restaurants or lounges. We mostly used taxis to get around (our choice), although the tram passes right on the hotel’s street.

Still, most attractions were quite far. Even when walking, it usually took at least 20–30 minutes and still not to the main attractions of Istanbul.

L hôtel est bien placé, personnel aimable souriant, le petit déjeuner passable ça peut être mieux, l hôtel à un magnifique hammam, en général c'était bien passé merci beaucoup martinenz Hotel au plaisir inshalah

Cons:

La propreté les femmes de ménage ne font rien que changer les sachets de poubelle, ne change pas les serviettes j ai resté 8 jours ils m'ont mis 3 fois maximum le shampooing et le savon les autres jours non
