CASP74 Apartments

The apartments were very good, as we stayed there for 2 nights before and after our cruise. The first time, we were given an upgrade of 2 bathrooms by the front desk and it was really appreciated. The next apartment was the one bathroom, but was more updated. Both stays were great. The location is perfect. It was quiet yet only a short walk to many stores and restaurants in La Rambla. The front desk was very helpful. They ordered taxi's for us, and recommended places to eat. A shout out to Jordi on the front desk, he went out of his way to help us.

Great location with a coffee shop and 24/7 grocery very close by. This is also a 20-25 minute walk to La Boqueria Mercat which is a must see. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Reception personnel are very nice and helpful. The apartment is not sound proof so if you’re very sensitive to sound, like a car passing by, then it’s something to think about. It is not a noisy/party area so no issues with that kind of noise. We enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely book here again if we come back to Barcelona.

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. More importantly the apartment was in great location with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.

Great apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen. The lounge is really big with a nice rug, so perfect for toddlers running about and playing with toys while we got ready. Only issue we had is the main bedroom isn't really big enough for the cot - it blocks all wardrobes. And the 2nd room doesn't have wardrobes - they're in the hall. Didn't cause us any big problems for 6 nights, but would have been difficult if we were there longer. It was great to be able to whatsapp exactly what we needed from housekeeping, and they make a good effort with recycling (different bins). Location was brilliant - loads of bus options, and most things walkable. Really recommend this place!

The stay was great everyone is helpfu at the reception, if you need are big group they can call taxi for you in minutes don’t wast your time on apps, the property is walakaae to everywhere close to public transportation,
One small thin was a funny smell in the apartment, I think next door was cooking I assume other than that everything was perfect

Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. Check in and check out was easy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.

Casp74 was a very last minute Mon-Fri booked break to Barcelona and we were really happy with our choice. Very spacious living and kitchen area on the ground floor which came with a large garden area with tables and chairs and loungers to use the space outside. Great for families and this gives you flexibility which staying in a hotel does not

Casp74 is in a safe location not far off Passeig de Gracia with some of the higher end shops. We walked everywhere from here: Sagrada Familia day and late evening, La Rambla, Parc de la Ciutadella Place de Catalunya, Grand Marina and down to the beach to swim, Picasso Museum, Cathedral and several Gaudi houses: La Pedrera, Casa Batlo, Casa Calvet etc and there are at least 2 supermarkets around the corner for supplies when self-catering.

We contacted Casp74 ahead of arrival to let them know we would be arriving very late and they confirmed they have a 24 hour reception desk who were extremely helpful. They can also arrange taxis to the airport on request.The apartments are serviced so were cleaned during our stay.

The accommodation has plenty of room downstairs in the kitchen/diner with TV,sofa bed and dining table and upstairs the master bedroom was large with a large en suite. The smaller bedroom had bunk beds and the main bathroom was smaller than the en suite but worked well and no complaints. The rooms all come with shutters and blinds and air con which keep rooms cool and we had no trouble sleeping or mosquitos indoors.

Some other reviews mention noise experienced through thin walls and we did notice this but it was fleeting and not enough to be disruptive. In fact our stay was very peaceful.The only thing worth mentioning to anyone thinking of booking is that I was bitten quite extensively by mosquitoes on the 2 occasions I sat in the shade in the garden at the table. This was a lesson learned for me as I had forgotten how much mozzies like me!!I stayed away for the rest of the holiday however other than that our stay at Casp74 was excellent and would happily stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

Great customer service and listing was exactly as advertised.

It was quiet easily accessible, however, we had problems with the shower the first night as it has a very old set up.
In addition there was no working fan In the bathroom, which did not have windows!

Acess to Place Catlonya in 15min walk also close to metro and busFreindly staff
There was a bit of noise during the night when you're sleeping on the sofa bed but overal , the hotel had comfortable beds and a lots of of space for our family
. the bidet in the washroom 🚻 was
a good idea and the shower had easy controls.

Very well located and incredibly clean. Very comfortable for our family and very easy check in and check out.

This was our second time staying at Casp 74 and it did not disappoint! Its safe, central location!
