Ancien hôtel de luxe devenu un peu vieillot
Pros:

Très grande chambre confortable, bonne literie

Cons:

Décor vraiment vieillot et l’eau presque froide de la douche, petit déjeuner vraiment moyen vu le « standing «  de l’hôtel

Pros:

Zimmergröße, sehr freundliches Personal, aber vor allem der Fitnessraum, tolle Gräte und viele Möglichkeiten sich auszupowern :-)) die Lage ist nicht schlecht, allerdings muss man über eine viel befahrene Straße laufen, dann kommt man an einem kleinen Markt, wo man sich mit allem eindecken kann.

Cons:

der Swimmingpool wurde gerade renoviert, aber das muss ja auch mal sein....

Le buffet du midi, la nourriture est bonne, le personnel très accueillant, le confort de l'hôtel, l'espace important de l'hôtel, la piscine.

Cons:

Le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas fait correctement, le personnel ne passe pas l'aspirateur dans la salle de bain et sur la moquette. Dans la salle de bain il y avait des cheveux au sol tous les jours, cela démontrait que l'aspirateur n'était pas passé. La moquette dans ma chambre 617 se décollait à l'entrée de ma chambre et j'ai failli trébucher plusieurs fois en me prenant les pieds dedans. La porte coulissante était également très instable elle n'était pas bien fixée sur les rails pour coulisser

Ce serait bien de signaler à l'hôtel s'il vous plaît.

Le personnel et très bien et au service du client

Cons:

Alors ont avait aucun internet sur la tv de la chambre pourtant ont a téléphoné plusieurs fois, la baignoire était dans un état déplorable et ont voulait prendre un bain, même le bouchons et bon pour la poubelle ah oui j allait oublier en entrant ont sentez la vieille moquette, un bon shampoing serait le bienvenu

Pleasant short 1 night stay. near to food centres.
Pros:

Rooms and amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. drinking water was adequate.

Cons:

1. No lifts from car park to the lobby. 2. Inconvenient for old people to go to restaurant for breakfast as there were no lifts and too many steps to climb up and down. 3. Breakfast was fair with most of the offerings of fair quality only. 4. service was fair by mostly trainees. 5. in shower rooms, good to use shower gel and shampoo dispensers instead of tiny plastic bottles which are discarded after use, a cause of wastage and pollution. the quantities in the tiny bottles are usually not enough too

Great value for money! Nice big room with plenty of parking space. The hotel is also right in the city center, closer to the malls and restaurants.

Cons:

The check-in staff could have been more friendly when she asked for our ID and the processes were still very manual/ slow. Although the rooms and facilities were great, the place is relatively old.
