Alles ganz wunderbar.
Pros:

Wir erhielten ein Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer. Es war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. 2 TV`s in Wohn und Schlafzimmer. Ein sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr ruhig. Kostenloser Kaffee stand zur Verfügung. Ich würde das Hotel bei meinem nächsten München Besuch wieder buchen. Tram direkt vor der Tür. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Alles bestens.

Not what I’d expect from a Citadines
Pros:

Best part about this property is the same features of all Citadines properties, the lounge and free coffee.

Cons:

The property is a long way from the train station and the main part of town. Asking for extra things seemed to inconvenience the staff. The shower floor had a residue on it that could be scraped up with a fingernail. The shower door doesn’t cover the whole entry so the bathroom floor gets wet and it runs out into the entry. The air conditioning doesn’t work along with the radiator on the wall in the bathroom.

In Ordnung, beim nächsten Mal buche ich aber lieber etwas anderes.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das WLAN gut, das Zimmer war geräumig, und s gibt einen Kiosk in der Nähe

Cons:

Die Gänge müssten dringend gestrichen werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist höchstens befriedigend, das Zimmer war sehr laut (Straße). Ich habe trotz ohrstöpsel sehr schlecht geschlafen,

Entspannter Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Pros:

zentrale Lage, Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt für kleine Einkäufe in 3 Min. fußläufig erreichbar, bequeme Betten, die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit am Automaten Kaffee und Tee zu holen ist klasse!

Cons:

Der Empfang hätte etwas herzlicher und persönlicher sein können. Ich hatte bei Reservierung angegeben, dass wir zwei getrennte Betten haben wollten, dies war leider nicht berücksichtigt worden. Also wieder mit Gepäck runter zum Empfang und mit Glück das letzte Zweibettzimmer ergattert. Das war ein bisschen ärgerlich.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer is der Hammer! Die Seifen und Duschgele richen sooo gut und die Handtücher sind sehr weich.
Das Bett ist super gemütlich und die Decke mega angenehm.
Die Küche ist zwar simple aber super praktisch und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

An sich bin ich super zufrieden.
Wenn es einen "Minuspunkt" gäbe, dann wäre ne Badewanne toll.
