Clean spacious room. Located right downtown which made it great for walking tours. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is beautiful in appearance and is well kept.
A minor issue is it took a long time to run the hot water tap to get it warm enough to shower. We felt like that was a waste of water.
Breakfast was great. Location perfect.
The rooftop pool area was wonderful.

Прекрасный отель полностью соответствовал описанию и даже превзошел наши ожидания. Мы приехали около 9 часов утра и наш номер был готов, нам было очень приятно сразу пройти в номер, который выходил на площадь, украшенную к Рождеству! Великолепный интерьер отеля, очень вкусные завтраки, свежевыжытый сок, фрукты, выпечка ждали нас каждое утро. Шикарный бассейн с морской водой на крыше оставил незабываемые впечатления!

Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз, останвимся и в третий, если будем в Понта Делгада. Очень симпатичный внутри, комфортный просторный номер, в котором есть чайник, чай и кофе, мини холодильник, наличие шампуня и геля в ванной. Номер теплый. на полу ламинат, а не плитка, что делает его более уютным. Очень чисто, уборка ежедневная. Хорошие и вкусные завтраки. Очень уютная кровать, хорошая подушка и не тяжелое одеяло.
Location is perfect, room was quiet with modern furniture, renovated bathroom and clean . There was a balcony in my room.
Breakfast was poor, most probably because I was there off the season and not many guests were there.
This is a really cute, neat and clean boutique hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. We ate the buffet breakfast everyday and it was good, it was the same every day but if your creative with your palet you can figure out how to make it work. We stayed 6 nights in Nov/Dec and had beautiful weather! They have a full bar in this hotel and it is staffed as needed. Never had any problems with anyone at the hotel. ALL the staff were kind and eager to help in any way. I would definately stay here again!
