Pros:

The best thing is the amazing location, walking distance to Tokyo train station, tour buses, proximity to imperial palace gardens, restaurants, shopping under Tokyo train station.

Easy direct train to Narita. Airport bus drop off is one block away (Tokyo station).

Staff bilingual,room and bed very comfortable ( small as usual for Tokyo) There is a 24hr convenience store nearby. I loved the high end bath salts additives that they give you! And it has deluxe heated toilet seats!

Pros:

東京駅から至近の位置に在って非常に便利でした。日本橋の様々なレストランを堪能しました。
スタッフの対応は非常に親切で、こちらの要望以上に対応していただきました。感謝しています。

Cons:

ベッドは小さくはなかったのですが、片側が壁だったので、夜中にトイレに起きた時に苦労しました。

Comfortable and convenient hotel
Pros:

Our room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was also perfect for getting to Tokyo Station and Ginza.

Cons:

Only complaint is that the entrance isn't super obvious. We walked past it the first time until we realized that the lobby neesd to be accessed by an elevator. Other than that, this hotel was great!

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica
Pros:

Posizione molto strategica quasi di fronte all’entrata della Tokyo station dove si prende lo Shinkansen per Kyoto. Vicinissimo anche l’ingresso della ginza line. Struttura moderna e pulita. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona insonorizzazione delle camere. Sicuramente una scelta che rifarei.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola per gli standard europei ma leggermente sopra la media tra le strutture da noi visitate in Giappone. La vista ostruita dal grattacielo di fronte molto vicino non era il massimo e rendeva la stanza poco luminosa. Pochissimo spazio per aprire le valigie come in tutti gli hotel Giapponesi di questa fascia.

Pros:

Able to accommodate booking two rooms next to each other so that our family of four could stay conveniently. We arrived half an hour early for our check in and were able to get access to our rooms. Luggage storage after check out for half a day until our flight in the evening was smooth. Firm beds, very clean.
