It was Okay.
Pros:

You get what you pay for. We booked the basic room which was 17 m2, very small for us.

Highly recommend for value, convenience and comfort
Pros:

Comfortable beds, fantastic location right in between 2 major shopping centers and Tokyo Station. They also provided lots of complimentary room bits and bobs, and restaurant had sensational Japanese food

Cons:

We booked the cheapest room, but it was way too small for 2 people, no where to put suitcases or hang clothes, really only suitable for one person, so we upgraded to the next size and it was perfect.

Very conveniently located, but disappointing check-in
Pros:

Good location next to Tokyo station and good bathroom facilities.

Cons:

Although check-in was at 2pm, our room wasn’t ready until 2.30pm which was a bit annoying. We were told that a late check-in would cost 330 yen, and there was no offer to discount that considering our late check-in. Rooms were small which is expected in Tokyo, but the bed duvet didn’t fully cover two people sleeping.
