Pros:

Ótimo hotel! Muito bem localizado! Café da manhã estilo buffet era muito gostoso e variado! Os funcionários eram bem simpáticos!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms. Close to a lot of highlights in Tokyo.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is close enough to the train station so if you are carrying luggage it only takes 5-10 mins to walk to. It is on a main road but it’s quiet. It is super close to so many amazing and fun places. The rooms are typical Japanese sizing (small) but really comfortable and clean. I would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only negative, we paid extra for breakfast and would not do that again.
It did not have much western style food. It was a lot of boiled fish, and seafood tasting noodles, and bread with mini prawns on it. Really fishy.
I’m sure if you like more traditional Japanese food you would love it. But I personally tried the food but ended up eating toast and butter.
So, it’s not a negative comment, but if you don’t like seafood then it would be best to get breakfast elsewhere.

We made it work
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The staff upon arrival and from then on we not friendly or helpful. They also did not seem approachable.

We had accidentally booked a smoking room, and the room was not filtered enough so the room stank like smoke and the window had to be left open all day in order to get rid of the smell. This was not good as it is peak winter season.

The room itself was not in good condition. Lamps had holes on them, the walls had many scuff marks so although the room was clean it felt very dirty, this coincided with the smell of the room.

The price was too much considering most hotel jobs were done by the guests (us). There was no room cleaning, no rubbish collection, no bedsheet or towel replacement and no laundry facilities that were made known to us.

Considering all these issues, the price does not seem acceptable for the service and stay we had.

this should be more budget friendly considering what we got.
Pros:

we thought it was a little overpriced considering how tiny the rooms were, we could hardly turn around without bumping into something.

Cons:

too tiny space and the bathroom was inconvenient.

Functionally adequate and very reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location was perfect for what I needed with all my intended destinations within 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great for vegetarians (although that's true of most Tokyo hotels that aren't 5 star) and the laundry room wasn't great either (although there was a laundrette a few minutes walk away that was much better).

Otel temiz. Konum olarak iyiydi, kısa süreli yürümeyle metroya gidebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Otele check in saatinden önce giderek valizimi bırakmak istedim, 1000 yen karşılığında valizi bırakabileceğimi söylediler. 2 haftalık japonya tatilimde saku, osaka, kyoto, gotemba da kaldığım otellere valizimi check in saatinden önce ücretsiz bir şekilde bırakabilmiştim. 5 gün kalmama rağmen oda sadece 1 gün temizlendi.

Pros:

Det var meget fint til prisen. Det er småt, men det er fint nok, når man ikke skal være der så meget.

Cons:

Puden var som en cement blok, så sov med min hættetrøje lagt sammen ovenpå puden - efter jeg havde vågnet med hovedepine de to første dage.
