Pros:

Close to all amenities, within walk distance to main Shinkuju station, accomadation was good room slightly small ok for short stay, breakfast excellent staff very helpful and accommadating.

Pros:

新宿3丁目駅から徒歩4分、ローソン徒歩2分、スーパー徒歩4分、洗濯乾燥あり、ヘアアイロン、何もかも揃っていて過ごしやすかった。国立競技場に近いので最高。

Pros:

Its easy to reach and not far from the main stations. Esasy connections to all points in Tokyo.
The bathroom was ok size for the mini spaces in Japan

Struttura senza troppe pretese ma funzionale

+ posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al quartiere di Shinjuku, 800m dalla stazione Shinjuku e 400m dalla Shinjuku Sanchome
+ Molti accessori gratuiti (asciugamani, toeletta, ecc.)
+ Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze
+ Molto silenzioso

Cons:

- stanza piccola, difficile aprire le nostre grosse valigie. Inoltre non ci sono molti posti per appendere la roba
- colazione con pochissima scelta e qualità media, ottimisolo uova e pesce
- la reception è davvero triste
- la camera era piena di polvere sotto il letto e dietro la tv, oltre a mostrare segni di usura
- la sala della colazione, nella struttura accanto, è davvero poco accogliente
