Pros:

Apart from being an amazing hotel on all levels the staff are absolutely superb in all departments and a real asset to the hotel, making a visit special !
Stayed an extra night this trip as a result and will return next opportunity we have, highly recommended!

It was worth spending and staying.
Pros:

Property was super cool everything was arranged properly, everything was thoughtly made i loved the interior. Thanks alot for my birthday surprise the cake was so delicious prepared by great chef.

Cons:

I cannot tell the departments but staff came into my room without knocking, i never been greated by staff sad, my room was on makup noone came to check on me i was there to give them feed back also about cleaning and all bcz im also working in hotel. I wish i been greated.

took a long time to get my bag to my room from reception when i arrived. Also noisy in my room at night due to bar/club - this was around 1am.

Fantastic staff.
Pros:

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service from all involved. Breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

Room was noisy due to cars driving late at night on the F1 track. Tough when you have a baby!
