الصراحه شكر خاص جدا لمدير الفندق اخوي احمد على تعامله الراقي جدا مع امي وخالتي والعائلة وبالاخص لوالدتي وخالتي عندها مرض سكر شكرا له على الترقية الرائعه والمميزة لاجمل سويت عندهم W فعلا مميز وما خلاهم يحتاحون شي كانهم في بيتهم فعلا فندق ممتاز شكرا لاخوي احمد مدير الفندق على هذا التعامل الراقي جدا هو ومن معه من الموظفين اللي وصاهم علينا الله يجزاه خير فعلا فندق ممتاز وعائلي مميز الالعاب قريبه وياس مول قريب 5 دقايق بالسيارة الاكل لذيذ في الفندق فعلا اقامة لا تنسى وارجو تكريم اخوي احمد مدير الفندق شكرا له على كل ما قام به فعلا والوالدة اول مرة تدعي لشخص من كل قلبها بالتوفيق له يستاهل اخوي احمد مدير الفندق الله يسعده يا رب دنيا واخره فعلا يستحق الفندق فوق الخمس نحوم والمدير احمد يستحق التكريم

Needed a place to stay in AUH for two nights, thought this would be a good experience, nothing to highlight unfortunatel

Nothing stood out. Not the property, not the location, not the customer service, not the food

Cons:

The check in annoyed me- told me I had a premier category room which I asked to downgrade, said not possible. I asked for my Marriott bonvoy number to be added, said not possible. I asked if free transport to the mall at least, no not possible. Annoying to switch towers for other facilities. Pool extremely small. Should provide shade considering roof top and uae temperatures.

A Beautiful Stay Made Unforgettable by Amazing Staff!

Such a beautiful hotel!✨ The lobby is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our stay worthwhile was the AMAZING staff🙏🏻❤️ A big thank you to Bitto and their manager, Amin, from Reception, for accommodating our requests and making sure we had such a wonderful stay.

And ofcourse to The Garage team! Especially Nichole, Andrey & Akash, you guys are really THE BEST!🫶🏻 Thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcomed.

Thank you W Abu Dhabi, for giving us such a wonderful experience and a beautiful memory to take home🥰 We’ll definitely be planning our next stay soon!😁✨

Cons:

The room is great, spacious and equipped with Modern Facilities. The only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the Lobby area. Also, for deliveries, there’s a designated area where riders can drop off orders, which has its pros and cons. It’s great for security and convenience, although it can be a little less convenient when you need to pick up your delivery.

Overall, though, we really enjoyed the room and our stay!
