Bel emplacement et literie au top
Pros:

Superbe hôtel situé idéalement au milieu du circuit.
La chambre est spacieuse, design et lumineuse.
La literie est exceptionnelle, le meilleur lit de toute ma vie, on se sentait comme enveloppé dans un shamallow.
Le petit-déjeuner est hyper varié.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
L'hôtel dispose de bus faisant la liaisons entre tous les parcs de Yas Island et différents hôtels.
L'hôtel est à côté de l'aéroport mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que cela.

Cons:

Seul hic, nous avions pris la chambre avec la navette hôtel/aéroport et accès plage, cependant, l'hôtel nous a expliqué que Yas Island avait stoppé les navettes de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Nous avons dû prendre un Uber à la place.

A memorable birthday stay thanks to the kind staff and efficient service.
Pros:

What stood out the most was how accommodating and thoughtful the staff were. Every request we made—whether it was an extra chair or assistance with birthday decorations—was handled quickly and with care. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely contributed to making my birthday celebration feel special. The fast service and positive attitude made a big difference in our experience.

Работать с персоналом по уборке комнат и официантами в основном ресторане.
Pros:

Выбирали отель исходя из его местоположения - нам нужно было быть на трассе Яс-Марина каждый день.

Cons:

Огромное количество индусов с детьми, которые ведут себя очень шумно на завтраке и в номере, что слышно через стенку.
На завтрак вроде бы достаточно много еды, но как минимум половина из нее несъедобна. Каша - только одна и только на воде: лосося нет вообще, хотя если заказываешь различные омлеты или блюда из яиц, то его могут положить.
Отель уже достаточно «устал» - некоторые кнопки стерты, лифты, особенно ведущие в здание 2, часто неисправны.
Персонал очень разный - все радушны, но видимо очень много новичков поэтому уборка номера происходит слегка по-разному, в ресторане на завтрак могут забыть о вашем заказе блюда из яиц или кофе, на ужин в том же ресторане у нас долго несли одно блюдо и забыли еще одно, в качестве извинения предложили что-то выбрать - мы выбрали десерт и кофе, десерт принесли, а кофе опять забыли.
Уровень цены точно не соответствует качеству.

There was racing on the track till 2am we had a baby, one of the pools and some of the facilities were closed but we was not informed till we checked in
