Passable
Pros:

Was in the main area.

Cons:

It was not clean even the room service came in and just mopped the floor without even brooming first. Washroom was not clean nor did the bedding and linens. Photos given in the booking.com app are not the real photos of the room

nice place
Pros:

We have spent two nights at FabHotel Gulshan International. Room was ok even if they could pay more attention at the cleaning because it needed so. Dimension were ok so as the safety of the area where the hotel is located. Breakfast is served directly in the room and was pretty decent.
