I liked the size and setting of the roon. The staff were very helpful except for the receptionist who had no business being inqusitive especially when the room was a double occupancy and IDs submitted at the point of checking in. The owner was a very good gentleman and was there to support the comfort of the guests. I appreciate his presence and complete committment.
The toilets need to be upgraded the hot water takes more than 15 minutes to start running in the taps delaying the process. The shower spray was very weak and the taps were very old.
Grande chambre. Belle salle de bain. Personnel serviable.
Chambre trop bruyante. Petit déjeuner limité. Rapport qualité prix élevé
Great location and 24 hrs accessibility
Toilets and shower needs maintenance

The privacy, friendly staff, the service, and most of all I had a late flight and the hotel allowed me to be comfortable in my room with no extra charge. I highly appreciate the understanding of the hotel management and look forward to revisit and stay some time soon. Big thsnks to the hotel management and convey my high appreciation to all staff members. Cheers!!
Nothing everything was excellent
The size of room, huge window, interesting view, simple but authentic Calcutta decor, practical and location.
NA
Don’t know if other tourists will get how good this place is.
Food was good
Very dirty looking washroom. Very old and stained toilets. Not expected with over 6000 per night
Handy to the city and the few restaurants i could cope with, namely the blue sky, just a block down the road.i think if you complain about the bathroom condition it would be cleaned properly.the owner does care i think..just perhaps not enough people demand a cleaner bathroom.i was dick with covid and just put up with it.but my friend said his room was equally dirty in the bathroom.
The windows in room were filthy on the outside ,same in the bathroom.add to that old cigarette butts.the bathroom was quite dirty.cleaning in India seems to mean a bit of a sink wipeout and thats about it.the tap ware and tiles walls were quite filthy.the whole bathroom needed a good scrub using decent cleaner..i noticed the room next to mine which was a service room where cups etc were washed for the rooms ,was filthy..(picture supplied)large greasy stains around the splash back .makes you feel sick when you think your cups etc will be cleaned here..also there was an issue as there were often staff coming and going from this room.talking loudly, calling out to each other from the room with the door left permanently open..until i read the riot act and they quietend down..the service generally is ok.just the cleanlyness falls short.not uncommon in india.
