立地とフロントスタッフは素敵

駅からとても近くて利便性が高いです。

フロントの方の対応はとても良かったのです。荷物預け入れにも大変快く対応していただきました。
ただ
朝食会場の男性の受付スタッフにはがっかりさせられました。
たしかにお忙しそうではありましたが、明らかに面倒くさそうにカードを渡され、テーブルに案内もされず、空いている場所に座るようにも教えられず、とても４つ星ホテルの対応ではなかったです。このような対応を受けたのは初めてで不快というよりも驚きが勝りました。

また泊まりたいと思えるホテル
Pros:

フロントスタッフの方がとても親切で笑顔での対応が気持ち良かったです。
朝食も清潔感があり　種類も多く色んな種類のドーナツがとても気に入りました！

Cons:

娘が朝食にベーコンがなかった事が残念だったといっていました。
