ロケーションは最高だけど、サービスはビジネスホテル。次は泊まらないと思います。

駅の目の前にあり、ロケーションは最高でした。インテリアもセンスが良くて素敵でした。
ウェルカムサービスが5階ガーデンであり、お酒やお菓子などあり、夜風に当たりながら飲むことができ、異空間なかんじで子供も喜んでいました。

Cons:

連泊しました。1日目バスタブの排水が悪く、２回伝えたのに2日目外出から帰っても何もされておらず、どうなったか報告もありませんでした。かなり不快でした。
フロントや朝食会場のスタッフは、基本的に忙しそうで笑顔がない方がほとんど。忙しいのはわかるのですが、忙しさを全面に出し過ぎです。子供椅子を借りて前の人の食べかすだらけで、明らかに拭いていないのに、それを私の目の前で手で払いのけてどうぞ、と言われ。えっ？って思いました。
ピークの時間帯なのもわかりますが、食器類やワッフルにかけるシロップ類が全然なかったり。とても不便でした。スタッフは忙しそうで、声をかけにくい雰囲気だったので諦めました。
泊まるのを楽しみにしていただけに、値段に対するサービスが全くなされていないと感じ悲しかったです。

A great stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

The property was perfectly located close to Hakata Station and major shopping malls. Nice cafe by the lobby.

Cons:

I feel the basin area area right as you enter the room and within the living space was a little exposed unlike other hotels where it is closer to the toilets and shower area.

Cons:

복도가 너무 시끄럽습니다. 호텔의 문제는 아니지만 아침 일찍 복도에서 사람들이 너무 떠들어 시끄러워 잠을 깼습니다.

Perfecte ligging!
Pros:

Prima hotel! We konden direct op onze kamer bij aankomst. De ligging is perfect! Direct bij het station, maar verder geen last van geluidsoverlast.
Bedden waren prima.
Zeker een aanrader.

博多に行くならここ以外に宿泊することはなさそう！
Pros:

駅からとても近く、アーリーチェックインもでき、暑い中歩いたり時間調整をする必要がなくとても助かりました。
フロントの方も朝食会場の方も皆さんとてもステキな対応でした。
