Ubicación conveniente, a unos 15 minutos del ferry.
La calle donde se encuentra es pintoresca y tiene varios bares y locales de coctelería.
Muy mala aislación acústica; se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones y pisos, lo que dificulta descansar. No dormimos nada, se escuchan hasta las conversaciones en tono bajo de otras habitaciones.
No tiene ventanas
Fue el único hotel de nuestro viaje por Asia donde encontramos insectos: había hormigas en todo el baño.
En los alrededores hay muchos locales de marihuana, algo que puede no ser del gusto de todos los viajeros.
No lo recomendaría para una estadía prolongada, no volvería

Security at the parking no help not willing to help whatsoever make us feel insecure about parking the car there.
Le calme et le confort des lits étaient très appréciable. Le personnel de service était très agréable et toujours prêt à nous aider.
Pas d’endroit pour être en dehors de la chambre si ce n’est le hall d’entrée .
Alors que l’hôtel n’était pas complet, aucune possibilité de Check out tardif ou alors en payant quasiment le prix d’une nuit supplémentaire pour 4h de plus.
Le petit déjeuner est très frugal et manque de fraîcheur. Pain rassis comme les croissants qui étaient de plusieurs jours. Dommage

Everything. They treated my whole family like family for the whole stay. Fully recommend. Clean. Centrally located in the middle of phuket town.. Great Staff. If I ever come back, here is where I would stay. Thank you for everything
Enjoyed everything
The staff was very accommodating and friendly; the room was comfortable and clean. Even though we came a bit earlier than the required check-in time, our room was ready for us to move into, which was great.
I was a bit disappointed that the standard breakfast buffet was not available due to the off-season, and I was only notified upon check-in, but the à la carte menu was delicious as well.

Location is good. Last day to airport, area was was raining heavily & roads were flooded with roads blocked off with no entry to cars. With heavy rain & knee high dirty rainwater flooded roads, Ms Sirivarin Bumrunthin (front desk manager) & 3 male staff carried our 3 luggages & we waded 15 minutes to the waiting luxury 10 seater vehicle. Was an experience for 3 of us. Appreciated greatly the hotel staff & the driver delivering us to airport 10 minutes before check-in gate closed.
