The staff service is slow & extremely poor…One of the worst I have ever seen…Their attitude sucks & constant reminders need to be provided for room clearance and service.

Bel endroit où séjourner, satisfaction générale de mon séjour.
Chambre confortable (très bon lit) et relativement calme (mariage pendant mon séjour, donc assez bruyant sur une soirée).
Très bon restaurant.
Cependant, wifi déficient, pratiquement impossible de tenir une réunion en visio. Eau plus tiède que chaude pour la douche.

1 star resort not 4 star
Pros:

I am not sure why this is a 4star property. I opted for a studio cottage and the furniture was min of 20 yrs old . It was dust everywhere in the room as shown in pic. Bathroom fittings are rusted and anytime it can fall on you. This is a destination wedding place and the wedding parties and DJ will go till 1 AM. We cannot even sleep because of sound. I would rate this resort as 1 star

It was ok! Ambience is Good, not too happy with the room condition. We were given a room with AC making sound like a motor running on loop. Room had a weird smell and paints were all almost falling apart. Thankfully on requesting they assigned us another room, which was better in comparison.
Food was Good and Spa was Great! Friendly staff as well.
Overall it was a decent experience.

An excellent resort, very friendly staff. Rooms are ok, and food is below average. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to relax and have a good time.

Stayed in deluxe cottage 4, cleanliness of room is poor. minibar was empty. there is no complimentary stuff at minibar. no courtesy staff, no greeting to guest and not attending guest at buffet area. crockery, cutlery and glassware are not matching with the restaurant set up (Atiroopa). poor service - took 30 mins for a black tea and served in a very dirty cup. never expect such experience....
