We enjoyed my stay at the hotel ,great room size though the bathroom could do with some updating. We had our own balcony which was a great addition. I was not keen on the breakfast. I cannot fault the overall service, staff really courteous and helpful.

Travelled to Hyderabad for a programme at Hyderabad international convention centre. This hotel was quite near to the venue.just 1.5 km.The hotel as such was a functional hotel.nothing fancy.The room service was good and it was good value for the money.The room was clean and daily housekeeping was conducted.no refrigerator or free coffee in the room but the breakfast was free with a limited menu.the food itself was quite okay and was cheap. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.the tv in the room played mostly regional channels with very few international ones.overall a decent hotel for a very competitive price.

Superb hotel with excellent service at reasonable rate. Near to Hi Tech City exhibition centre. Located near market and various restaurants .

My train arrived late so I checked in late past midnight. The guard was awaiting my arrival and completed the formalities and settled me in my room. Next morning I had breakfast in the dining room with other guests and the general atmosphere seemed relaxed and informal. The kitchen staff served breakfast which was simple but good. They arranged a auto for me to go to Hyderabad International Convention Centre where I had my congress for next 4 days. When I returned in the evening they had cleaned my room and I settled down for the night after a good dinner. The remaining days were equally comfortable. I checked out on 31/3/14 in morning and the staff arranged an auto to take me to the station. The staff were very caring and even brought me medicines when I hurt my foot- very courteous and efficient.

They made us check out by shouting at us even before the checkout time we agreed upon

I had made reservations some 1 month back , for my stay from 7th to 9th of December. My train was bit late and
I reached hotel at 11:40 .
The hotel staff asks me to sit and says he would check the room. The first thing he says is that i am 20 mins
before my time, as the booking is from 12 PM. I said , i don't mind waiting for 20 mins. Then he said the room would be available by 6:00 in the evening .
When i protested , the manager suggested he would shift me to different guest house. I had no options and i was tired from whole night journey , so I agreed.
It turned out , he shifted me to some different hotel with which he had setting. He said he would shift me to the guest house next day.
Going by the experience , i just stayed at this hotel and didn't call him . It might be a special case for me , but the total experience left a bad taste.

Moderately comfortable room, with clean interiors and convenient location (close to Hitech City)

Pros: I needed to attend a conference in Novotel Convention Center in Hitex. Lake View Homes (LVH) is around 2.5 km from Novotel, if you want to take a taxi or auto into Novotel. LVH is very much adjacent to the main road in Kondapur, unlike what Google Maps shows; so it easy to get an auto. The staff in LVH are courteous. They served fairly good food, which is only vegetarian. There is hot water (heater) and AC (I did not use the latter). Cons (for each of the pros): Construction all around and closeness to the main road means that there is plenty of dust and smoke coming in; so cannot keep the windows open. That is, the air you breathe is not good, unless you are used to this kind of air. There is no HVAC system, unlike, for example, in TATA Ginger. So, air is not very good. The staff is courteous, but not trained. They are just migrant labor. So, while they clean the room, they leave plenty of dust, hair, lint, etc in not only the nooks and corners, but also in accessible areas of the room. Further, while my room was waiting for me, when I checked in, I found the toilet containing residues of fecal matter. Overall, LVH is not a hotel. It is what they call "service apartment". I chose it mainly for its proximity to where I wanted to go. The owners of LVH seem to be satisfied with where they stand. If they could be a little ambitious, they could provide better value for the money.

Its doesn't give you a hotel feeling .... rather its like apartments. Quite comfortable. best part is you will be served good fresh hot food in there dining area. good for people who have business in hitex exhibition area

It is not a hotel. It is a kind of hostel or a building where you can get service apartments for short of long duration. It is very conveniently located on a main road.

There was fixed South Indian menu which changed every other day but there was no choice for guests from other cultures. The food, however, tasted OK and was very reasonably priced.

Staff were very courteous and eager to help. However, the rooms were cleaned every alternate day. Linen was not changed even once in four nights stay there.

The lift was difficult to choose.

This is a guest house, traveller hostel., for a hostel it is ok.

A comfortable & clean place to stay for business or pleasure trips.For a reasonable price you get an A/C room with all amenities plus you can make use of the common area & balcony of the service apartment. You get complimentary breakfast and lunch and dinner is available on order at a reasonable price, with good quality. Pleasing services from all the hotel members. I would choose this place for my next visit to Hi-tech city.
