Very pleasant all round. Would be happy to return if in Chennai again.
Pros:

Clean, great buffet breakfast, 24hr front desk and comfy quiet rooms. Nice helpful staff. Not just hotel stuff either but advice on city and taxis etc.

Cons:

To be honest it was all good.
