It was a disgusting experience . Worst stay and worst service. I booked and paid for my stay 20 days advance but when I reach there they told that I have to wait as rooms are bot empty even though I reached 8 Hours late than check out time . It was horrible that I paid and booked in advance still they did bot hold room for me.
I stayed there for 5 days and they never came for room service never cleaned room even though I left the room key with them and requested to atleast brook but they never did broom.
Staff at front were rude never cared for ur querrues, their bottled water is normal tap water.
Wi-Fi didn’t work for a single day, etc etc
Very bad hotel never stay here

A very bad experience that I had in this hotel with my family (Wife, 4yrs daughter & my 78+ yrs old father). Service is very bad.

The first room we were given had a big rat. The room was finally changed after we told the staff about the incident. Overall, the hotel is ok for the price we paid. The place is close to Marina Beach, TTDC Headquarters, Main market. Plenty of eateries nearby.

Worst hotel stay experience. Booked an AC room and they gave us a very small Non-AC room and charged for the AC room. As the website charges you the full booking amount in advance, they don't bother to entertain any queries. Very bad attitude.

They charged for AC room and gave the non AC room and asked to contact Expedia for the refund of the price difference.

The FAN worked great and so did the shower. 2 very important things - I brought my own plug-in mosquito killer, but had no problem with mosquitos

i paid 1100/- for two days.... for 500/- per day..bathroom not that clean....the bucket and mug was too bad.i didnt feel like touching it..anyways..adjustable for two or less days... its basically a single bedroom....

The hotel is OK but the staff was very unfriendly. I had to battle 30mn with them, showing them my reservation. My personnal feeling is that thet try to make pay a second time.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were very helpful. Room boys did all the requested jobs. Room was quite clean. 2 computers are available at the reception for customer's use. Cctv is placed around that area. So i felt safe to move around.

The hotel is located in a street that is inaccessible via a taxi or even an auto rickshaw for that matter. The address on the website or their visiting card apparently is unknown to anyone. Including the auto rickshaw drivers. When you board an auto rickshaw, make sure you tell them to drop you at Casino theater. Or Anna Salai Saravana Bhavan. Those are the only landmarks rickshaw drivers seem to know in this area. The hotel staff at the reception are just rude.

Only good thing about the hotel is the free Wi-Fi.

We definetly had bedbugs in our first room, when we were going to change room I had to tell the staff many times before it finally happened.The sheets were dirty and there were lots of insects. No window in second room, a little bit claustrophobic. Though it was really cheap!

Very bad experience. The rooms are not at all clean. Lots of mosquitos. Staff were so rude. They didn't give us the promised free drop to consulate stating that the facility is not available if u come thru online booking. The street is very dirty and the pics shown online doesn't do justice to reality.

Hotel ls located inside lane. It is narrow. One cannot park car there. But it is very near from Marina beach, chepauk stadium and many restaurants available nearby. I booked 4 bed family room for 2 days. It was nice, clean. Bathroom was somewhat dirty. Mini fridge was not available as shown in pictures with website. Overall it is a good experience for short trip. It is a good for small budget.

Everything is good except staff. U can not expect any thing from reception in one call. Restaurant is not within the hotel.

For that suburb the price is cheaper and the facilities and condition of the hotel is acceptable for the price you are paying (Rs.800 for an A/C room in Mount road area - that is very cheap). But it is not upto my standard (or international standard). I don't like when water mugs (used for shower) are placed and the commode chair. Also, it very noisy even during the night times - you may not be able to sleep properly.
