Close to Sapporo station. Staff attentive and friendly. Executive lounge was a nice addition to have wine, sake and snacks.
Limited luggage space in the room. The cost was high but it was also the same time as the Sapporo snow festival so there was high demand for accomodation when booked.
No washing machine
Easy check in and connected to JR station via the mall.
Had to climb up and down a short flight of steps with my luggages when coming through the underground mall walkway. But not too bad.
Great location and direct access underground from subway/train with lift direct to hotel lobby (with only 8 steps to navigate). This is so good in winter, when carrying luggage. Only a short walk to the park for the snow festival! There is free coffee in the lobby. The staff arranged extra pillow on request.
Rooms were fully functional and clean but small, which is typical for Japan. TV required FireTV or similar to stream service.
Location is the best for me to get around the city.
The view from the room was not good , would have preferred a city view.
We had an early bus so no breakfast. Close to bus pick up which is why we stayed there.
Beds were hard! Rooms were small but we knew this before we travelled. No on-site food. Everything was closed early so had to resort to noodles from Lawson.
Location. Connected directly to the underground network
Lack of a gym
地下街就有連通道可以直接抵達,非常方便。
ラウンジなどサービスが充実していて良かった
施設などはよかったが部屋の内装設備が古いように感じた
Great location, with underground access to Sapporo station and the underground walkway to Susukino. There were some really great dining in the Apia at B1 too.
I know it’s undergoing renovations, but the current rooms are really tired looking. I was also moved rooms on checkin from the women’s section due to the renovations.
Proximity to train station, restaurants, shopping and key places in Sapporo. Excellent breakfast.
Rooms were small compared to other hotels I’ve stayed before in Sapporo.
Excellent stay, very close to the station. One lady in particular on reception was super helpful and friendly.
The room was quite compact for two people but fine for a one or two nights
