Pros:

The reception and lounge. Also, helpfulness of Mark. The location is excellent, very near to Sapporo station and Apia underground shopping and eating street.

Cons:

The room was old. The beds were not comfortable and bed sheets would not fit and became loose. The blanket was just a plain fabric sheet with the exterior cover. The bedsheets and cover were so old.

Perfect End to Our Hokkaido Trip!
Pros:

This is our third time staying at Hotel Gracery. We like it because of the close proximity to Sapporo station and it’s not far to other landmarks. We had the deluxe room and it is larger than usual. Glad we selected a bigger room. Mark received us for our four day stay in Sapporo. He was absolutely amazing; giving us an impeccable service and the best yet we’ve received thus far in Japan. He was very helpful and accommodating. We wish him every success with his family. The rest of the staffs were absolutely amazing also. Language maybe a constraint but I can feel the warm welcome from every personnel we came across.

Le personnel était au top!

Cons:

La borne automatique pour s'enregistrer ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre était vétuste et usée : la couverture du lit était élimée, l'unique prise pour charger ne fonctionnait pas et la salle de bain n'était pas tout à fait propre.
Je n'attendais à mieux pour ce standing d'hôtel et le prix payait.

旅の要となる快適なひと時でした！
Pros:

予約した時はダブルベッドのみだったので駅からも近いし取って行きました。到着時に部屋の変更がありとてもありがたかったです。コーヒーミルで飲んだコーヒー美味しいかったです。朝食も蜂の巣の蜂蜜、チーズ、いくら、ここでした味わえないものでした‼️ありがとうございました！

タオルに穴が空いていたのが少し残念でした。

Location was fantastic. Right near the bus stop from Niseko and near the train for airport. Easy walk to other attractions too.

Fancy amenities, Dyson air blade, humidifier, coffee grinder and drip coffee. Lounge access.location near to jr station and bus stop for airport limousine. As well as an easy access car parking.

Cons:

Not enough windows to view scenery outside. Too small For 3 large luggage’s.

這次已是前往北海道第二次入住的酒店, 位置非常方便, 在JR站的對面, 周邊商場已有大丸白貨及Stellar Place, 方便放下行李就可以前往購物, 酒店大堂提供日用品, 供住客自由使用, 如你需要泊車, 可以泊在酒店合作的停車場, 泊車後從側門可以進入酒店範圍, 非常方便

Lokasinya persis didepan sapporo station dan liftnya menyambung dengan underpass. Jadi sangat praktis sekali. Kemana mana tinggal turun ke basement dengan lift, lanjut jalan kaki di underpass. Tidak perlu kedinginan, tidak perlu naik taxi.
