Pros:

location near sapporo station, under group walk from train station to hotel lots of food in underground walkway and the department store.
staff very nice , great to have a english speaker at front desk.

Cons:

no coin laundry ,,,, but one is supposed to be opening in July

チェックインの際、男性スタッフの方がとても丁寧に説明してくださいました．小さい子供も一緒ということで子供用アメニティも下さり、笑顔で対応本当に嬉しかったです。値段が安いのに対応が高級ホテル並みでした。部屋もとても綺麗でした。朝食もどれも美味しく、特に自分で作る海鮮丼と生搾りジュースが美味しかったです！

Pros:

We spent a night here at the beginning of our Hokkaido experience and one night at the end. The first room was tiny, with no view, the second room was still small though bigger than the first and with a view. For the same price.
The staff however was very welcoming and super helpful on both occasions, thanks specifically for your help getting our backpack back...
The breakfast was a bit expensive for the choice it offered, we felt.

家族で宿泊しました,朝食の美味しいホテルの口コミで泊まりましたが,目玉のイクラの盛り放題が最高でした

Cons:

札幌駅前で場所的には徒歩で色んな場所に移動が楽でした、通りに面していましたが少し奥まった場所にありもう少し目印の様な物が有れば良いかと思います

Pros:

シングルで予約していたが、空きがあったからってツインの部屋にしてくれた。ヘアアイロンや美顔器もあって最高だった。ウェルカムドリンクサービスのマンゴーティーも美味しかった。
