Pros:

Friendly staff and we reached about 30mins before check-in time. The staff allowed us to check-in as we have many luggage and baby stroller.

Cons:

The aircon is centre controlled and only heater was on. Although march is late winter but we felt hot in the room.

Great hotel. Short walk from our train. We’d definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Proximity to Sapporo rail station was a win - a short walk with luggage was easy. Rooms were large and everything was comfortable.
