Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad

Courtyard by Marriott, and the Marriott Convention are across the road from each other - and connected. Courtyard is closer to Secunderabad, so if you want to be close to Secunderabad, this is a good option. Our rooms on the 5th floor were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was decent. We had dinner at Okra restaurant at the Convention Centre. The food was delicious.

The front office service however, was slow. Check in and out took long. The restaurant staff was also clueless while serving breakfast.

Its a Courtyard property, so the expectations were not very high.

Courtyard Hyderabad has been my favorite places to stay for the past 12 plus years.
Highly recommend this hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, awesome cuisine and excellent room service.
All of their staff are extremely good, Gyan in room service, Siraj at the front desk and Dibankar's team in the restaurant are all exceptionally good.
Very conveniently located and a great value for money!

Had booked a room in Mariott, Lower Tank bund, Hyderabad, got an email from Make my trip that I need to make a payment, else my reservation will be cancelled. I called up the hotel to inform them that I am about to make the payment and if it is possible to get an early checkin. Deepti or Deepika, don't remember the name, she asked me not to pay to MMT and to directly walkin and pay for the early check-in as well, she kept on insisting not to pay. MMT for 2 night the bill was 17k including breakfast. I trusted her and didn't make a payment, after we reached the hotel, we met PURVI, who was not at all interested in listening to the actual thing, She was behaving as if she is the owner of the Mariott hotel. she said the booking is cancelled and we have to pay 25k if we want to book the room for 2 nights. she had no manners, ill mannered rude lady, he mannerism OMG, as if she is doing a favour by taking the fresh booking, reqeusted her to atleast hear us out once. None of the staff members were empathetic, one waste fellow, who was wearing a suit came, looks like the manager of the receptionist PURVI, she wispered something to him, he gave a cheap look and moved away. Mariott, please teach your staff manners, people at the reception should learn to be pleaasing. Your staff at the reception is PATHETIC n so is PURVI, who insulted us by talking rudely, PURVI WAS VERY VERY RUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe. PURVI, lady you don't deserve to be there. LEARN SOME MANNERS PURVI. Because of wrong information by your staff, we ended up paying 8k extra, which is not acceptable and there was no early checkin provided. She made us to wait purpousely as if we were staying there for free. PURVI is the worst lady I have ever come across. PURVI is the reason you have lost a customer & GOd know how many more u will lose

We actually were transferred to the Marriot property next to courtyard and the place was elegant

Been very regular and always been looked after by team. Wonderful stay as always. When Prakash Vohra and Rughdev are there I don't choose any other hotels. Courtyard and Marriott Convention centre are my first priority.

Excellent staff - breakfast buffet was outstanding.

We stayed in Courtyard Premium room from 21st-24th December. I can say it's one of the best Marriott properties we ever stayed till today . Front desk executives were very much courteous. Shown great pleasant attitude. Hospitality was excellent from all fronts. Restaurant staff members were polite

Very spacious room with a comfortable bathroom. House keeping was excellent . Big Kudos to HK Manager and her / his team. Everything was neatly done and kept in our absence . Our room (4122) toilet Jet spray was fitted on the left side of Commode which created little issues .

Lounge just served our purpose

Our Overall experience with Momo Cafe Buffett breakfast on all 3 days were Good but got bored with same kind of menu . Not a major change in the sequence also. Anyhow We enjoyed our stay. Will come again .

I stayed at this property for almost one week and had the pleasure of meeting these incredible, strong women throughout my stay in the lounge: Ms. Rostine, Ms. Mimi, Ms. Madhusree, and Ms. Amropali. These women were amazing hostesses and always made sure I was comfortable. I would also like to mention Mr. Nandadulal who is such a professional gentleman. Thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality! I will return to this property because of these wonderful employees! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Madusree Banerjee was very good at service and she went out of the way to serve us and looked for each and every needs in the lounge she served us an awesome dessert which was very tasty a sort of cheese cake. I visited with one of my friend here in Marriott Hyderabad.

Good dining and breakfast experiences at the restaurant, manager Praveen Ray, took good care of my preferences and requests. Praveen, as I mentioned, we met at Marriott earlier, it was good to see you again taking good care of guests Wish you luck for your growth.

The good part about this hotel is that it is interconnected with Marriott Hyderabad and you can enjoy services of both the hotels. Staff is very supportive at both the properties. Another great part is that property is just 5 mins walk to the banks of Nizam Sagar Lake and it's walkway. It feels amazing to walk along the banks on a well built and clean necklace shape walkway. Must be around 14-15 Kms, not much.

What a great experience staying there- the room was quite big with all the required amenities and with a nice view.
What I want to highlight is the service of the hotel- the staff there is fantastic and eager to help and take care.
Appreciate the hospitality and service we got there.

Excellent Service

Very good hotel, courteous staff, special mention to Mr Siraz, he was very good. Rooms clean, breakfast good. I stayed for one night here and one night at nearby Marriott hotel and convention, believe me Courtyard staff is much better then Marriott. Enjoyed my stay
