Pros:

Wonderful staff, good location. Large room comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Cannot fault this Hotel. It was one of the best experiences we have had in a hotel, probably the best for a 4 star. Deserves to be a 5 star.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. We booked a room on the top floor which offered a lovely view, and the bed was so big and comfy that we slept extremely well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The underground parking is downstairs and accessible by lift, making it very easy to get to the car whenever we needed it (costing 19 euro per night). It’s a short 15–20 minute walk to the Old Town, but there is also a bus stop right next to the hotel. We used the 77 bus frequently as it was very regular. We would definitely stay here again when back in Bilbao.

Pros:

Un hotel completamente nuevo. Personal encantador y sensible. Buena cocina, muy buenos desayunos. Tres tipos de huevos para el Desayuno: tortilla, huevos revueltos y huevo duro. Excelente Aparcamiento, siempre había plazas libres. Las habitaciones del hotel son limpias y modernas.

Short and sweet!
Pros:

The restaurant offeringd qere very good. We had dinner and breackfast. The Tartar tuna was delicious. The breackfast was diverse with a great variety of choices. Also liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom. The parking in site was very convenient specially when we arrive while raining!
