Pros:

The room was nice with a great view, there were water coolers on every floor, staff was nice and helpful, it was in a quiet area.

Cons:

It is quite far from the city, any store is at least a 10 minute walk away (uphill). The old town is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Coming here by car? The hotel charges 20 euros for parking. I have travelled a lot and this is the first time I see a hotel charge its own customers for parking! And 20 euros is an insane price (just for an overnight stay)! Higher than in most public parking garages. But since there is very limited parking options around and the hotel is on the edge of town, most people don’t have a choice. Feels predatory.

Ruime kamers, uitstekend ontbijt.
Pros:

Prima hotel met ruime kamers en een zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het is erg handig dat er direct onder het hotel een parkeergarage aanwezig is, al zijn de parkeerkosten van €20 per dag wel aan de hoge kant. Het historische centrum ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen, maar is ook gemakkelijk en goedkoop met de bus te bereiken. De bushalte bevindt zich direct voor het hotel en een ritje kost slechts €1,30.

Cons:

De badkamer is erg ruim, juist dan is het vreemd dat er alleen een douche in bad is.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner vraiment TOP. Le personnel très professionnel et agréable. Superbe salle de fitness. Hôtel à côté d'un arrêt de bus. Chambre très grande et lits confortables. Parking de voiture directement sous l'hôtel

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la ville et le retour se fait en montée.
Les robinets de douche étaient abîmés, difficile de choisir chaud ou froid.

Pros:

Le parking à 20 euros la nuit en dessous l’hôtel avec accès direct est un vrai plus. Le personnel est accueillant.
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, la Clim ainsi que la machine à café Nespresso sont très appréciées.
15 min à pied du centre ville. Fontaine à eau dans les couloirs. Bilbao vaut le détour.

Cons:

Un ménage un peu en profondeur aurait été apprécié (il y avait de la poussière et des cheveux par terre dans la salle de bain), une boîte de mouchoirs était manquante et le flacon de shampoing était vide. Ce sont des détails qui n’ont pas impactés le séjour mais au prix de la nuit et d’un 4 étoiles ça ne devrait pas arrivé.

Ottima esperienza per una visita a Bilbao
Pros:

Un esperienza magnifica! Camere grandissime e pulite dotate di ogni comfort dal letto ai prodotti da bagno di alta gamma. Il personale molto cortese e la colazione ricchissima di cibo buono cucinato al momento .
Consiglio anche per la posizione non lontana dal centro città con il servizio bus davanti all’ingresso.

Cons:

Non c’è assolutamente nulla da migliorare.

Sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig. Besonders im Badezimmer gab es genügend Ablagefläche. Das Servicepersonal ist mehrsprachig und sehr höflich. Im Hotel gibt es ein eigenes Parkhaus. Das.Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend und stets frisch. Es ist mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar und zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.
