Cama muy cómoda, el personal muy amable, el gimnasio muy completo y tenía agua de cortesía en máquinas en los pasillos.

We enjoyed the quietness, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was insanely spacious, what I loved!
Oh, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety, but it would definitely be better to see more fresh veggies.
Not a big thing, but the shower gel and hand soap were lacking all the time, and were refilled after reminding twice.
Loved the hotel with it's special touches like the delicious juices available in the lobby. Asier in the bar/cafe was an absolute joy - amazing service!!!! The rest of the staff were also great. Room was spacious and good noise prevention from the road. Our dog was welcomed, which is amazing. It's a short bus ride (five mins) down to the old town (stop right outside). The gym is INCREDIBLE! This hotel goes above and beyond.
Nothing. It's a superb hotel.
When checking out they tried to let me pay for breakfast, while we didn’t have breakfast. Apparently any other guest can just say they are in you room and you get charged!!! Eventually (after some discussion I didn’t have to pay), but it seems that some control (for example name and room number) is necessary!

Hotel comodissimo al centro, personale molto gentile ed accogliente, camere molto belle e pulite. Parcheggio sotterraneo comodissimo. Sicuramente consiglio questo hotel. Esperienza magnifica!!
Hôtel bien situé. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Bus juste en bas de l'hôtel possible. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Personnel de la réception très aimable
Sol de la chambre pas très propre (cheveux). Le personnel d'entretien était devant je l'ai signalé. La dame est venue repasser un coup de balais mais n'a pas aspiré ce qui n'a fait que déplacer les cheveux des précédents clients. Dommage tout le reste était OK mais pour un 4 étoiles le sol sale laisse un mauvais souvenir
