O pequeno almoço é muito bom.

Cons:

O quarto onde fiquei dava para a estrada principal, ouvindo-se o barulho dos carros durante a noite, o que não me deixou descansar.

A tarifa do parque de estacionamento subiu e não atualizaram a informação no booking. Apesar disso prontamente corrigiram a situação, pagando o preço mais baixo.

Por fim gostava de mostrar o meu desagrado, pois recebi uma mensagem o hotel a agradecer a estadia e a pedir que desse pontuação 10 na avaliação da estadia. O sistema de avaliação do booking funciona muito bem e não pode ser distorcido desta forma.

Pros:

Fabulous stay at this hotel! Reception staff were very welcoming and helped us with directions to the centre and some good places to have pintxos!! Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Well- located Secure car parking but easy walk into centre, about 10 mins but there was public transportation right outside hotel front door if you preferred.
We were really impressed with the breakfast buffet, plenty of high quality hot and cold foods that were fresh and tasty. Good choice of healthy options too. Breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be staying here the next time in Bilbao!
