Ruido, imposible descansar (Estaban haciendo obras en horas de descanso). Habitación con muchos desperfectos parecía muy vieja. Ducha pequeña y difícil regular la temperatura, igual te quedabas o te congenlabas, servicio de limpieza desagradable

Es case todo perfecto, lo que no me gustó que no hay servicio de habitación, tienes que bajar para recoger en el bar.
Breathtaking room! Huge space with the biggest bed I've ever slept in and a wonderful view of the Basque terrain. Clean, modern and a bathroom to match, only myself and partner in the room but would have accommodated a small family. Always loads of staff on hand as well. I can't fault this place. 10/10
What can I say about the famous breakfast buffet? If I could give it 11/10, I would. So much choice and all top quality. I was a little bit perplexed by the coffee machines as they use pods, but no complaints, I'm just a bit old-fashioned! 10/10 for the breakfast buffet. Modern, bright vibe.
I liked everything about this place. However it sits at the top of a steep bank. This could prove problematic for those who are not good on their feet, although there is a bus stop right outside so easily dealt with.
Around a 10 minute walk into the Old town but the walk back is uphill, so bear that in mind. It actually benefitted us as we got caught in the flash flood on 3/10/26! Hugely exciting and the fact that the hotel was high up was a great help.
I loved this place and would not hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Bilbao. This gets a solid 10 from me 👏

Great central location and facilities. We had a very comfortable room with a nice view. Walking distance from the centre and in a nice area.
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was because of the rate was so reasonable. If we are in Bilbao again we will definitely book here.
