Pros:

Cet hôtel accepte les chiens avec un supplément de 20€/nuit et en guise de bienvenue, il y a un matelas de repos, une friandise et une balle de tennis en cadeau, un shampoing et une lingette . Ma chienne a adoré cette attention ! Très belle hôtel avec un beau hall. De larges places de parking souterrain. Chambre spacieux avec une machine nespresso. Lit large et bien confortable.

Pros:

Todo, el personal muy atento y cercano.
La habitación muy grande y limpia. La pedí con vistas y así fue.
El gym muy equipado, nos gustó mucho.
El detalle del hotel a través de Michaela de la cata de queso fue inesperado y nos encantó.
Sin duda si volvemos a Bilbao volvería a escoger este hotel.

Great hotel to stay at in Bilboa
Pros:

I had a very large room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food, if prepared 18.5E so a very good start to the day. If weather good easy walk down to the old town and then into town for Guggenheim Museum. Buses run frequently. Staff very helpful

Cons:

My room was noisy one of the nights hearing others return to their room

Modernes sehr schönes Hotel. Bushaltestelle zur Stadtmitte direkt davor. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit bemühtem Personal.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist abenteuerlich, aber es ist toll dass es eine gibt…
