It looked nice. You can tell they tried to update it
TV kept going to a black screen, the fridge was so tiny and it barely kept anything cold. Most hotels even cheep ones have microwaves in the rooms this one didn't. That bed was hard as a rock
This hotel is located in close proximity to Clemson, grocery stores, restaurants and the highway. It is a well-maintained hotel with a nice lobby. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The shower is large. You have a mini refrigerator and plenty of counter and desk space.
The fitness center does not have a lot of equipment for use. The pool is small but nice for a quick dip.
There is a nice breakfast restaurant a short walk from the hotel called eggs up diner
Would definitely stay here again, if in the area
Stayed here one night I. Town for business. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations. Rooms (I think I was in a newly renovated one) are nice and comfortable. Housekeeping is a bit spotty as there was dirt and grass not from me on the floor in multiple places. Also, bathroom sink water didn’t go on very well - probably an error or issue from the renovation that could easily be fixed. No complimentary breakfast here but they have a bar and small restaurant on site. Located right next to a Planet Fitness which was good as the hotel gym is very small and limited in options. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, they deserve 5 stars! There are fast food restaurants nearby as well as a Publix grocery store for convenience.

Room was nice and modern. Location was near university which was a plus for us.
Booking.com advertised an “American breakfast” and when we checked in we were told breakfast was 7-10. The breakfast consisted of muffins and donuts and coffee. That was it. And it was all put away,even the coffee, by about 9:30. Considering the obesity epidemic, especially in the South, why would you serve sugar laden things? I was quite disappointed by this. It would have been acceptable if breakfast had not been advertised-then it would have been a pleasant surprise.

Well, it reinforced why I’m a Hilton Honors member, so that was good! We booked a room for four with a king size bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa was a twin bed. That’s ridiculous. The room shouldn’t be sold for four people. And the pull out couch itself was pretty gross. The staff wasn’t helpful at all regarding this. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.
