Great location, free fresh-baked cookies daily, friendly staff working so hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Unbelievably understaffed! Three housekeeping heroes totally overwhelmed doing their very best. No room service during our 5-day stay, but not blaming staff. Corporate needs to correct.

Pros:

Everything was in beautiful shape. Breakfast, which is usually mediocre at most hotels, was very good. The night clerk took too long to check me in, but made up for it with good service and a good attitude afterwards. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Pros:

The hotel could not check us into our room until about 6 PM, even though we arrived at 5 PM. The one representative working the front desk explained to us that the hotel was short of staff, and that this is a recurring situation. The manager, according to this representative, had already gone home and left the headache and problem with this one representative! As such, the manager was derelict in his/her duty.
