It was very nice. The air-conditioning could have been cooler. We sat it on 68 but it never got real

Location was great facility was nice updated and very clean

Cons:

I booked a suite thinking it would have all the amenities I needed, but when I arrived, there was no coffee pot in the room. It was coffee in the lobby, but I don’t want to go to the lobby to get my coffee. I did ask about a coffee pot and had one the second night, but that needs to be publicized. If you ask, you can get one I would not stay in a hotel that does not have a coffee pot in my room.

Frühstück im Rahmen der Erwartungen. Gute, ruhige Lage, etwas zurückversetzt von der vielbefahrenen Rockford Street.

Cons:

Marmelade fehlte zum Frühstück.

Pros:

We lliked the the front desk woman at check in she was very friendly and quick and the food choices for breakfast were good. The front desk woman gave us a firat floor room because we had dogs and were very close any exits. The rooms were clean!

Cons:

Even though we were given a first floor room , the room location was not ideal given the fact that the elevators were right there. Live and learn . The bed was not comfortable either were the pillows. Very thin walls heard way too much in the next room.

Very happy with our stay, will be back next week!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The king suite is very nice. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower!

Cons:

The room could use a deep clean, the bathroom floor was kinda yucky. The whole building needs some touch up paint.

Pros:

Free breakfast, location, cleanliness, all the staff were really nice but one person came across rude when asking if my dog was a service dog but the person that checked me in and out were really nice and professionally

Exellent and would definitely stay again, we stayed in 3 Holiday Inn Express in 4 days and it was by far the best one of

Friendly staff, great location, clean, great breakfast ( minus chocolate milk for the grandkids), price was great, clean room

Cons:

Pillows were a bit flat, and mattress could be replaced. We sort of rolled to the middle.
