Pros:

The rooms were clean and well supplied for our needs. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The staff that cleaned our room were very personable and did a great job cleaning our room.

Cons:

We didnt care for the breakfast. The gravy for the biscuits wasnt good and had a funny color.

Cons:

The elevator not working. May have had leg problems and they placed us on the 4th floor. The staff did not even look to see if there were any rooms open on lower floors. Thought this was very rude. To not even look. Do Better. For your guests.

Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The elevator was broken and we were never notified. We were traveling with two disabled ands 70 year old. The put us on the third floor and had to walk 5 flights of stairs they could make other arrangements for us other than cancel but we would not get a refund for several days

Not worth what I paid to stay here.
Pros:

Property was clean, looked nice and was in a nice location.

Cons:

Elevator broke on my trip to the 4th floor. No elevator service in the am. Electric blind did not work.

we lost electricity for over 5 hrs ,should have a back up generator. they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. that is not acceptable in my opinion as much as we paid for only a two night stay. we had very loud neighbors also not acceptable. thanks

Chaos no organization
Pros:

Not much didn’t even get in the door before I was told the elevator is slow but working. I have family members that cannot do stairs

Cons:

Soon as we got to facility we were told elevator was slow but works and they had somebody coming to work on it then as soon as we got luggage came back in the elevator was not working at all. Asked for refund and have to go thru all kinds of third party stuff with booking.com and still in process of trying to get a refund which I had all the insurance coverage for and waiting to hear an answer.

Good location, pretty clean, but several inconveniences.

Cons:

We had to change our keys 6 times over the course of our 18 hour stay because they were not working. There were other guests who were having the same issues and it was super inconvenient. There was only one elevator for the whole hotel, so we had to wait awhile. The lady took over 10 minutes to check me in (nobody in line in front of me) even though I already had a reservation. very unorganized.
