Over Priced
Pros:

The pool area was nice

Cons:

Parking was HORRIBLE. I had to park in a dark sketchy parking lot as all the spaces were taken. The deadbolt on the door did not work- was told they had no available rooms but to utilize the top lock as the doors automatically lock anyways. Elevator was broken all weekend- had to wait 3-5 minutes anytime we used the elevator or take the steps from the 5th floor with 2 young kids.

No communication, did not return any of my phone calls for my questions
Pros:

I tried calling them 4 times, left 2 messages for the manager, spoke to front desk twice, spoke to reservations team and no one could help me and no one returned any of my phone calls. Very disappointing.

Seem like an unsafe area. They were homeless tent set up right outside. Parking was very minimal and cramped also
