Cons:

I called ahead of time to make sure a pet could stay at the location, I was told yes. Got to the location 20 minutes later and was denied to stay with a pet. I was told I would get a full refund and they lied. Booking tried to assist but the location truly sucks! I’ve been call for a month and have been getting nothing but the run around. Booking tried calling on my behalf and was met with the same results. I would never recommend anyone stay at this location. Totally unprofessional.

Wasn’t the room that I reserved and paid for. I had reserved an upgraded executive suite. The keycard didn’t work and had to be replaced 4 times. The room had a moldy, musty smell. The was mold in the shower and a nasty, moldy big drain in the bathroom floor. Only half a roll of toilet paper . There were only 2 towels and when I requested more(there were 3 of us girls) I was told “they were out of towels”. There was a big clump of dark hair on the floor under the sink.
The window shade was broken. The room was dark and not enough bright lighting.

Cons:

Pool hours should be from 6am-10pm. some people wake up early to do laps and opening the pool at 10 doesn’t allow for an early morning swim before starting your day.

It’s getting very run down, they came banging on the doors yelling at everyone who smoked weed outfront!
Kids running the hallways for hours . Parents next to me left there door open so the kids could play . Running and screaming.
