Cons:

reserved for 3 adults only provided with 2 towels, no coffee maker in the room, table lamp came on by itself at 5 a.m.

Avoid.
Pros:

The hotel was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our door lock/handle did not work. My son and I could not both leave the room or we couldn’t get back in. I brought it up to the staff and nothing was done. We basically were trapped in our room until we checked out. We couldn’t go get dinner or breakfast together, which is NOT ok when traveling with just a child.

Also, the hotel parking lot flooded. There was 6-8 inches of standing water around the car. I had to remove my shoes and socks to get to my vehicle to go get dinner.

Our light also did not work when coming into the room and something in the nightstand had a consistent beeping every second. The phone in our room also did not work.

The hotel will NOT RESPOND.

Manage your maintenance better in rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

Musty air conditioning in room first night and our hall. Toilet was broken and we had to manually refill tank. Toilet paper holder would not hold rolls properly. Toilet seat was broken, would not stay up on first, second and third try.
That was enough for me to seriously consider a different hotel on our next getaway.

the bed was comfortable. The room was clean

Cons:

The unprofessionalism at the front desk, which is pretty much the experience you get when you book with a hotel. There was no hot breakfast, although breakfast was included. It was very limited.

The gentleman on duty when checking in was exceptionally kind and caring.

Cons:

Well the pillows were terrible. You need to have a variety of pillows. I need a soft one and all 8 pillows were big and hard.

It was decent stay other than what I said above staff was great cleanliness was great lots near by options it was quiet

Laundry room and bathrooms and rooms very clean.

Cons:

Where it’s located several people people walking around did drugs or something
No towels insufficient lots people complaining they didn’t have towels
Oven was out service not many hot breakfast options
Never came cleaned the room or at least take the trash out
Charged me $25 extra per night for staying like deposit said I get back 2-10 days depending on bank

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. They gave a discount for the oven not working and when the TV wasnt working they were there in like 5 mins to fix it.

Cons:

The oven was broken for breakfast. The toilet had trouble flushing. The ac was leaking in the floor and carpet was wet.

The oven was broken so no breakfast as mentioned in the booking, there was cold cereal and little things. My family looks forward to the hot breakfast as it is nice to go down to the little kitchen area to have breakfast as a family instead we had to go out for breakfast with our family. Which the brea is included in the cost

I called ahead of time to make sure a pet could stay at the location, I was told yes. Got to the location 20 minutes later and was denied to stay with a pet. I was told I would get a full refund and they lied. Booking tried to assist but the location truly sucks! I’ve been call for a month and have been getting nothing but the run around. Booking tried calling on my behalf and was met with the same results. I would never recommend anyone stay at this location. Totally unprofessional.
