The location of the hotel was good and comfortable and clean
The breakfast was not good. You should offer a better breakfast.
The breakfast was excellent and had variety of choices. Dee and Jade at the front desk were so warm, welcoming and helpful.
Location is great this is one of favorite places to stay when we visit Raleigh
Everything was fine
Great room. Very comfortable. Mini fridge microwave space on 2 sides of 1 of 2 queen beds. Pool was warm enough for kids and some adults. Hot tub was very warm. Breakfast was very good. Pancake maker really did not work.
Bit hard to find in dark. Behind another hotel with tiny “garage sale “ size sign.
Clean, quiet, friendly staff
Good location, away from some busy locations - we were staying to visit University of Florida.
My room was not as clean as it should’ve been. The pool is dirty and the water was not clear. We were looking forward to using the pool, as we live up north and don’t get warm weather in April.
Dee that was working the front desk was amazing. My son and I had been at a race at Wake County Speedway. This Mom was tired and ready for bed. She was helpful and had a great personality.
Nothing. It was great from checking in to leaving. Thank you so much!
Super limpio! Hace mucho no veía un hotel tan limpio y cuidado, las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo y rico. Excelente servicio
Location was nice and not around too much noise, it was also close to the event I was going to and to anywhere else. The staff was nice and attentive, and even the cleaning staff was warm and welcoming.
Very comfortable large room with coffee machine, fridge and microwave which made life a little easier on some days..
Really good breakfast which varied day to day from bacon or sausage, sometimes we had both and really nice omelettes which were either veg or cheese, then some days it was scrambled egg. There is a selection of yoghurts, cereal and pastries too, and coffee from a machine in the lobby was very much appreciated.
The hotel was a perfect location for us visiting my grandson who is a student at NCState University about 10 mins drive.
Car parking being available was also a must for us and again great space and always availability for parking.
Friendly staff who explained about collecting points by not having the room cleaned which I didn’t know about.
The only thing I could point out is that there aren’t any changing rooms in the pool area, so getting changed was difficult and probably why there was never anyone in the pool. My grandson who is 13 did use it a couple of times but I wouldn’t go in due to the lack of changing area. You also couldn’t go to your room from the pool in a towel..

I liked that it was close to the convention center but wasn’t as expensive as staying on the same block. I also liked that they had sleeper sofas because there was 4 of us in the room and 1 was a violent sleeper and needed their own bed so only 2 of us had to share. The breakfast was good, better than a few other hotels I’ve stayed at for sure. The staff was nice and super helpful!
The walls were thin so we could hear a dog barking and whining but that doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the the hotel or the staff.
Amazing staff at this location
The gym is very small and limited options to exercise
