На мій погляд в санвузлі невистачає дрібниць, котрі роблять життя комфортніше. Та треба оптимізувати послугу міні-бару.

Дуже сподобалась кухня. Готують смачно! Сніданки з великим вибором!
У номері чисто, достатньо комфортно

Cons:

Довго шукали фен. Інтуїтивно розуміли що він є, але у ванній кімнаті його не було, як і розетки для нього. Дві вищі освіти отримані не дарма. Фен був знайдений у шафі у коридорі. Але використовувати його теж не дуже зручно - у коридорі.
Незручно розташовані кнопки зливу води в унітазі. Щоб її використати необхідно опустити кришку унітазу, бо кришка у піднятому стані закриває ці кнопки. У своєму номері це просто незручність. Але у загальному туалеті-це як мінімум не гігієнічно.
Дивна ситуація сталася з міні-баром. Ми взяли одну пляшку пива, але на рецепції нам виставили рахунок ще й за чипси (ми не їмо чипси взагалі). Наполягати на оплаті чипсів не стали.

Цена качество крайне не соответствует! Почему в стоимость проживания не входит подземный паркинг ??😡😡

Часто вечером и к ночи есть запах сигарет по всему отелю от казино что работает в здании ! Так же есть быдло пьяное которое курит прям в лифтах отеля ! Что бы пройти в казино вам нужно пройти через отель !

Ужасное спа ! Холодные сауны и бассейны !

Prima verblijf en zal binnenkort zeker weer terug komen

De locatie is perfect evenals het ontbijt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en wil graag helpen.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat men bij de receptie niet is teruggekomen op mijn vraag om een membership pas. Ik vroeg hierom maar het kwam op dat moment niet uit. Zowel ik alsook de receptie hebben er niet aan gedacht waardoor ik nu twee keer in dit hotel heb verbleven meer nog steeds geen member ben.

Heel jammer dat er geen stroompunt is direct naast het bed om telefoons op te laden
