Шкода, що не розуміють своєї ціни на ринку. І перестали підтримувати стандарти.
Pros:

Розташування, зручно що в центрі і близько до всього.

Cons:

Готель вже давно не тієї якості, якої був раніше. Ціна як за 5 зірок у Європі, позиціонування аналогічне. А по факту все стареньке в номерах, система кондиціонування не справна, всю ніч спала з температурою 16 градусів, вʼїзд в паркінг для екстремалів і на стінах видно, що не всі водії вписувались у вузькі проїзди. Сніданок не смачний. Ціна занадто висока за такі низькі зручності.

Cons:

Прошу добавить в зоне укрытия кровати с перегородками. Я пришла по тревоге и все спальные места ( около 10 на весь отель) были заняты. Мне пришлось спать просто на матрасе на полу, еще отвечать на вопрос от housekeeping в 2 часа ночи «и что тебе (!) надо? Кровать?». Многие клиенты у вас в отеле из-за комфортного укрытия. Прошу изменить ситуацию.

Another Amazing Stay in Kyiv.
Pros:

This was our third time at this hotel. Each visit we scheduled an event which was handled in a most excellent manner. The staff is very professional and we encountered no problems at all. The Club lounge was very good and the breakfast was also outstanding. We received everything we could have had hoped for. It was a terrific stay.

I received a very nice note with a gift apologising for our check in experience. I thought we had a very pleasant check in experience and had no idea about the reason for the letter, but enjoyed the gift. Very elegant hotel with a wonderful staff. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you very much!
